Great House

Loved our stay here - the house is very clean, well-stocked, with comfortable furniture and room to spread out. The kitchen had nice pots and pans, lots of dishes, and plenty of counter space. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and hiking. We would stay here again.

From the owner: "Hi Kyle! I am sorry the pool was not up to your expectations, we do advertise it as a nonheated pool which we do plan on changing next month. So by the next time you stay, it will be heated. Regarding the garage door opener, we do have one, the previous tenant did not leave it on the table so I am very sorry you did not have access to it. We have located it now. I am glad the rest of your stay was great! Please come see us again!"

Our house was delightfully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were clean and the house was filled with sunlight. Kitchen was stocked with more than the basics which made for easy food prep. The garbage disposal didn’t work and was quickly replaced. The neighborhood was family friendly and safe. Great stay!

Family-Friendly and Cozy

Absolutely loved our time, traveled with 3 kids under 5 and the house was well-equipped for all of us to be comfortable and confident in their safety. Special shoutout to the child safety lock on the door to the backyard with the pool that gave my wife additional comfort. The kitchen was well equipped, located closed to golf courses, shopping, State parks, and restaurants and Toni, the guest contact, was super engaged and answered a lot of questions for me while we were there.

Lovely property. Plenty of room to gather, and still enough room for privacy when desired. Close to our event, too! Shout-out to Evolve property manager Tanya, who let us borrow her personal crockpot - that was above and beyond customer service! Highly recommended.

Ms Joanne Markowitz

The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything one might need. There was a beautiful mountain view from the yard I am a dialysis patient and there was a center 8 minutes from the house which was great for me!! There were plenty of restaurants and sights to see within close proximity of the house. I would stay here again!

Nice home but needs attention

Nice home, comfy beds and nice large sofa but TVs on second floor did not work, clock in family room needed new batteries, lots of dirt and old food under family room couch and the yard needs attention. But overall a nice stay.

VrboOwner a répondu le 29 juin 2022
Hello Deborah, thanks for letting us know about your stay! The owner wanted to address the items you mentioned: - The TVs on the second level are brand new. Our cleaning service checks all TVs and remotes in the home as routine prior to a guest's arrival time. All of the TVs in the home were working before and after your check-in. - There was a clock that had stopped working and that has since been fixed. We also keep extra batteries on hand in the house at all times. - Thank you for making us aware of the dirt under the couch. We have spoken to our cleaning crew to ensure this is corrected and does not happen with our future guests. We wish you had contacted us about these concerns so we could have resolved these issues during your stay. - There isn't much yard around the home, except for three bushes. We work with a lawn care company that regularly comes to the home to maintain the property. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Comfortable home

Clean comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views out of the west windows. Living area big enough for family to gather. Tanya and Chris were helpful via telephone when we had questions. Pool is not heated and is not useable when the nighttime temperatures are cold.
