Amazing. I’d live here if I could. The view is incredible. Better than any pictures. The property is unique and has everything you need to actually live there like it’s a home. I’m coming back.

The house was very nice and in a beautiful location. Nice porch to sit out and watch the mountains and the lake. Rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking the 4 nights we were there. Would definitely stay there again!

Peace, quiet, and views!

This is a great property for a relaxing vacation. The views from the living room and master bedroom are incredible. There’s a lot to do in the surrounding area, but just hanging on the back porch also made for a great time. I would absolutely book here again!

Great space with an open feel to it, plus tremendous views of the lake and surrounding peaks. We had to make some adjustments to our schedule and the host was flexible. Google doesn't really know how to get to the property though, so check it out on the map first! Loved the telescope, btw.

Great long weekend

Family was in Leadville for skijoring so we thought we’d make a stay of it with top notch accommodations. This perfectly fit the bill.

This appears to be a corporate owned property. The “contact” or host is the cleaning person it seems with no ownership. Every time the water pressure drops, a loud pump turns on…all night long. I tried to address this with the host. She acknowledged the issue but was unable to do anything to actually address the problem.

Excellent stay

Loved our stay here, the house is spacious, well-stocked and the views are stunning. The host was also very responsive to a couple minor needs. We visited over thanksgiving and it had everything we needed to enjoy a holiday meal. The stargazing was unreal and we loved using the telescope! The house was very cold when we arrived but there are numerous space heaters that kept us comfy while the individual room heaters warmed up. The bedroom carpeting and some of the bed linens could use an update but otherwise it suited all of our needs. Would stay again!

Amazing views!

An absolutely stunning home with beautiful views and plenty of room for a large family. We normally rent another home in this area every year but it was booked for our dates this year and thankfully so. My family and I agree this will be our new rental in this area! Provided it’s available lol!

The home is roomy, the views are fantastic, communication with host was good. Plenty of kitchen pots/pans and utensils. But I would not call this place "luxe". Though the interior was clean there was the smell of cat, especially in the master bedroom (we found no litter boxes). The property around the rental could use some TLC. Old litter, cigarette butts, pieces of grills laying around, unswept patio. For the price we paid we expected more attention to detail.
