We absolutely loved this property, the whole house was clean and tidy. Everything was where you would think it was, if you couldn’t find/figure anything out the binder had information on everything as well as being able to communicate with the host whenever you needed. The host was also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed

This property was a beautiful home in and out. It has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and spacious. Location is very beautiful and peaceful. Perfectly located as well. I can't say enough about the home away from home property. We live in Peoria, Az. We go to William several times a year. This property we feel is our home away from home. Very easy communication if you need anything. Price is certainly worth it. We will be recommending this property to all our friends and family. We will give a very strong, positive, 10 recommendation on this property.

If you’re looking for a meticulously clean and beautiful place to stay, this is it! It is everything that we were looking for when it came to a quiet respite. The house (both inside and outside on the covered back patio) is beautiful and everything you need is here to enjoy your stay. I can’t say enough nice things about this home away from home. And compared to the prices local hotels are charging, this is an amazing value.

The house was very inviting. The owner checked in and made sure all was okay several times and made us feel very welcome. The beds were sooo comfortable. The hole check in/out process very easy. I would absolutely rent the house again!

Great backyard, quiet, neighbors are no issue. Could update the mattresses in both bedrooms as they were very uncomfortable in our opinion. The notes all over the house were overkill. Maybe put a list for each room in a frame and set it somewhere. Just a thought. Would definitely book again if we do another trip to the Grand Canyon.

This is a great home with a fully stocked kitchen for all our needs. This was a Thanksgiving getaway for myself and my husband. It is in a very quiet neighborhood though I40 is not far away. It was very clean. Checking in was easy and the communication with the owner was easy and quick. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay,
