You also have the bonus of having Tomaree National Park right near you, which has fabulous walking trails throughout and Tomaree Headland which boasts the bays best views from the top and perfect memorable photos. This holiday apartment is perfect for couples or a family who are wanting to have the relaxed family escape with everything at their finger tips.
Use the balcony to catch some sun or sit back in the relaxed fresh open area living space with ceiling fan and air conditioning, or you may want to watch some TV or Netflix on the new large screen.
There are three bedrooms with the main being located upstairs having an ensuite, split system air conditioner and Smart TV, the additional two bathrooms are located downstairs with the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. During your stay you will also get to enjoy a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is an internal laundry that supplies a top loader washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has one allocated car space, park the car and walk to all that Shoal Bay has to offer.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
