Our home is spread out over two levels, with external front and rear stair access. You will be welcomed by our front balcony which has a quaint seating area perfect to soak up the morning sun, while you enjoy views of the greenery and beach in the far distance. Entry is quick and hassle free using our smart lock and your designated pin code.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms (1 QB, 2 DB and 1 SB), a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet, as well as the kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen, living and dining areas have been recently fully renovated and fitted with new modern appliances and flooring. The bathroom has also been updated and a new vanity added. The Ground Floor features a seperate self contained bedroom & bath
(perfect for multiple families) including two newly renovated bedrooms, which include 1 Queen bed and 1 triple bed bunk. There is also a small bathroom which contains a shower, vanity and toilet, Laundry as well as a minimal kitchenette.

Outside you will find a large undercover private balcony with a barbecue. Please note there are external security cameras located on the front and back porch for the security of the property. There is also a minut noise detection device which monitors for excess noise and smoking.
