Centre de loisirs à proximité (non compris dans la location) comprenant un sauna, des bains à remous, des piscines, un toboggan, une piste intérieure, une salle de sport et une salle de sport. Le centre est à moins de 10 minutes.

L'emplacement est à une courte distance en voiture de la colline de Silverthorne au Colorado. Il surplombe la vallée et les montagnes surplombant le lac Dillon. Il est à 35 minutes en voiture de Vail, à 20 minutes de Breckenridge, à 15 minutes de Arapahoe Basin, à 12 minutes de Copper Mountain, à 10 minutes de Keystone et à 90 minutes de l'aéroport international de Denver. Un bus public gratuit avec un arrêt juste devant la porte peut également vous emmener aux stations de ski.

As Advertised

The house was perfect, plenty of space, clean and well stocked. The full bathrooms were all, clean and modern. The large kitchen table was great for playing games and the hot tub helped us relax after a long day on the slopes. Couldnt ask for more....

Family Wedding Weekend

We had a great time, property location was perfect and it was a great size for our family. We were celebrating our daughters wedding in Silverthorne and it allowed for plenty of space to prep etc.

Fantastic home!

We liked the location and accessibility to all areas in Summit County; so transportation was great to go to Dillion, Frisco and Breckenridge. The facilites were great and provided ample space and accessorries for family and friends. Parking, however, can be an issue if you have multiple parties meeting at one location.

Beautiful townhouse

Beautiful home for 4 couples to enjoy with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The hottub was so nice to enjoy after skiing all day. Parking was more difficult than expected since we had 4 cars (only 1 guest pass) and the guest parking lot fills up by 5pm. Would definitely visit again but would probably carpool.

Very clean and comfortable, exactly as described and as it look looks in the pics!

We stayed in this condo from July 6th to the 11th. The furnishings were very comfortable. We did not get to use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well-appointed. The condo was a bit warm on arrival, but quickly cooled down once we opened all the windows. There is some road noise at night from I-70 with the windows open, but not anything that kept us awake. The location was very convenient to Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon, and Keystone. We will definitely consider renting again if we are back in the area.

Clean, spacious and well stocked kitchen

We rented with our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. We arranged for a Pack and Play and it was set up upon our arrival. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen and very spacious. I agree with others on the road noise, but our daughter’s family enjoyed it as white noise. The only confusing things were the address...our GPS took us in the opposite direction and the exit instructions asked us to clean the bathrooms and use extra sheets to make the beds? There weren’t extra sheets and no bathroom cleaning supplies. We assumed this was not expected since there were no supplies. In any event, it seemed an unreasonable request given the cost applied for cleaning. All in all a pleasant experience and I would recommend.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sometimes GPS's get confused in the mountains. Our staff is available to assist if that happens. Ummm, weird that is the first of hearing that. We do not require such, just remove the trash and start the dishwasher is all we ask :) We look forward to hosting your family again!

Beware Renting PMI Summit Colorado Properties!

Our stay went from bad to worse upon arrival. I want to preface this review by saying situations happen that are out of our control, but how those situations are handled is key. We were traveling with 12 adults on our yearly ski trip and this home looked like a perfect fit with 3 queen and 3 king sized beds advertised. We soon found that those 3 queen beds were in fact full size, thus forcing several guests on air mattresses. We looked past this and made it work. That evening when our group tried to take showers, we discovered ice cold water! I contacted Jeremy with PMI and upon inspection the blower was out. Again, things like this happen, but how this situation was handled by Jeremy, as well as his boss, was not only unacceptable but highly unprofessional. We were told it would be 3-4 days before the HVAC could be repaired due to “Presidents’ Day “. We were offered another property with less sleeping space that was 40 minutes away and no compensation was offered if we did have to pack up our vacation and relocate. When I spoke to Jeremy and his superior concerning the hot water and bed situation, they were combative, rude, and unaccommodating. After speaking with VRBO and filing a report, PMI finally started to make some progress. We ultimately were stuck in our original rental with no hot water for 3 days before anything was done. BEWARE OF PMI Summit Colorado!!

Unfortunately due to the high volume of guests and tourists that visit Summit County during this time (especially presidents day weekend) it can take some time for professionals to have time to get out to properties if it is an issue that Jeremy or anyone on our team cannot fix themselves. Great Place

The rental was just as advertised. Very spacious and super clean. The kitchen is totally loaded from spices to a variety of cooking essentials. The bedrooms and closets had plenty of spaces for your items. The showers were amazing!!!

Check's all the boxes

This property had everything our 2 families needed for our annual ski trip. Close to the conveniences of Silverthorne as well as the ski resorts & the view out the living room window was fantastic! Check in & check out was quick & easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, including cooking oils & some spices. Especially loved that the all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Full capacity washer & dryer with laundry soap included, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay in Summit County

Great location and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our friends and family. Property was in good to great condition. Only issues were a need of the light switches were broke and worked intermittent, water pressure was really bad (we stayed at property next door last year and did not have this issue. )

Great location. Needs a little attention

This property is beautiful. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. The location is amazing. Wish it was quieter but the view is worth the sound. The televisionvin the basement king bedroom didn't work and the one in the main room in the basement lost sound sporadically. I own a professional cleaning business so I pay attention to this as soon as I walk in. When we had arrived the rugs and carpet had not been vacuumed, the vents in the bathrooms had lots of dust in them and the dust on fixtures, and decor was alot. Some of the bathroom mirrors and faucets even had toothpaste and water spots on them. I'm sure during this time of year they are really busy and cleaning a large condo like this isn't easy but when charged for the cleaning service I would expect these basic things to be done. We would love to stay here again as long as the floors and dusting were done. Everything as fart as check in to check out was super convenient and smooth. Again, we would happily stay here again with the cleaning a bit better.

Great place to stay on a ski trip!

For 7 adults and a baby, this property was very spacious! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. Great location, easy access to everything we needed/wanted. The heated garage was a major plus, also. Will likely try to stay here again next time!

Great place!

Great place and perfect for our small group. All the beds were comfortable and sized as advertised. Very convenient access to I-70 allowing us to get to all of the Vail Properties along I-70. This is a newer property and didn’t feel as ‘well-worn’ as some other places I have stayed. Highly recommend!
