It was a great and quiet neighborhood. The host were great! The security to get in was also great, it makes me feel at ease. We go to Florida every year and the last place we stayed in 2025 was loud and cars were racing up and down the streets, but not this place it was really nice!!

This was my first time staying at a vacation home rental and will not be the last! The home was clean for the most part, all cookware was included and the private pool was an absolute blast. I did not explore the resort fully but the water park was great for my kiddos!

The house was exactly as listed. It met all of our needs. It was clean and roomy. And we'd definitely stay again. The only negatives we experienced: no ceiling fans in any of the rooms (this is Florida, in the summer we need a/c and fans), lots of rules around guest visiting, the check in at the gate was exhausting. The process needs to be improved... maybe a pre check in where we send a copy of our license and license plate so our parking passes could be pre printed and ready to go to help speed up the process. One of the families sat in line for over an hour to get onto the property. After a 5 hour drive in traffic, and an hour wait on top she was left traumatized and exhausted. I know blue sky villa is not responsible for this but as they have many houses on this property maybe they could make some suggestions. But again, over all it was a great stay on a great property.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and we're so glad to hear that the home was exactly as listed, clean, and spacious enough to meet all of your needs! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced during the check-in process at the gate. As the property management company for the unit you stayed in, we do not have direct control over the resort's check-in procedures; however, we absolutely understand how frustrating and exhausting that experience must have been. We are truly sorry it impacted the start of your stay. We will be sure to your feedback, including your thoughtful suggestion regarding a pre-check-in process to resort management. Regarding the ceiling fans, we appreciate your feedback and will be sure to review with our team to see if we can improve the home for future guests. As for the guest visiting policies, those guidelines are set by the resort and apply to all properties on the grounds, but we understand they can feel restrictive and we appreciate your patience with them. Thank you again for your kind words and constructive feedback! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was just as described. I loved the layout and the pool was great. Only downfall is that it truly just has the basics of things... no extra amenities in the kitchen and throughout the house. Even adding a rug by the patio door would be helpful because when kids come in from the pool to use the bathroom that area gets awfully wet and slippery. Blue management was very friendly and helpful!

Pre-Christmas Family get together

This property was exactly as described on the listing (props to the management team) and very clean and inviting; it felt homely. The community was very safe and quiet. The pool was heated during our stay which was a plus. We did not get a chance to visit the clubhouse and enjoy the amenities but it looks very inviting and a must do on our next trip. Overall we totally enjoyed our time here and would go back for future stays. I would totally recommend this vacation rental.

Park party

We stayed for three weeks in a five bed, five bathroom villa. The villa was just perfect, modern, clean and no weird owners dictating rules and regulations! Clean lines, modern decor with good quality furnishings made coming back after a long park something to relish. Would 100% recommend. Thank you

Perfect for a large group!

This house was perfect for multiple families and lots of kids. Having a bathroom in every bedroom and one by the pool is so nice. We felt spread out, had extra living space we didn’t even need, and the kids were super entertained. Community pool area was awesome. Felt safe, clean, and high-quality. Furniture and linens were really nice. Plenty of nice dishes, cookware, towels. We’ve stayed in multiple properties in this area that are similar to this, but this was our favorite by far!

Comfortable and lots of fun!

We had an unusual experience of this home because I (Mom) got sick! So i used the amazing first floor master as my recuperation suite and my husband and kids enjoyed the rest of the house, with lots of family time on the back patio. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, which was bigger than I’d expected and very warm with the paid pool heating. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Awesome place

This house was beautiful, new and clean! A great size for the 8 of us. Loved how each room had it's own bathroom. Also loved that the pool was larger and nicely warmed! The resort pool area was a great place to hang out! I would like to suggest that you add some plastic tumblers, grilling utensils for those that chose to rent a grill and kitchen dish clothes. A few more bath towels would have been nice too. Overall it was a great place! Blue Sky Villas is a great rental company to work with! We were very impressed with how quickly they answer questions!
