Great villa, perfect for an Orlando trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this property in Orlando. We chose to book the second time because we had such a great experience originally. The property was a great size for our family, in an excellent location for getting to the parks and local food/shopping plus the service from Blue Sky Villas has been consistently excellent. Would definitely recommend using them for a villa stay.

The property was amazing. The host was very attentive. The home was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the private pool. The Pool Club is literally across the street. Huge plus! Plenty of space in the kitchen and fridge. The location is literally 30-40 mins from all parks (Disney, Universal & SeaWorld) and Orlando International Airport. Hubby and I took a short 35-40 min drive to Tampa for date night at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Plenty of places to eat in the immediate area. Giovanni’s was a great spot, super friendly and Pizza was pretty decent (I’m from NYC). Overall was an amazing stay and would definitely do it again!

Blue Sky Villas made booking and adding on additional services very easy and was very responsive with any questions we had. The property was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed, the pool was a great addition to our home and the community pool, slides and lazy river were clean and very nice. Also the playground was a popular spot for our kids. We did not eat at the restaurant but ordered poolside drinks which were great. This place had it all and we spent almost all of our vacation without having to leave the property.

Should've Stayed Longer

We had a wonderful time at this home and honestly should have stayed longer instead of moving to resort hotels for the theme parks. Everything was very clean, comfortable and convenient. This Home really made me want to get a townhouse in this gated community. Thank you so much for having us. My children, husband and myself really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! Perfect location. The place itself was clean and spacious! We had a few issues with not having a pizza pan, pizza cutter, or a hot pad but management sent it to us the next day! The pool is perfect to swim as a family alone, but still have the option to use the public waterpark included. We definitely would stay again. So much for our family of 7 to go. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the close access to the resort features. The home was very nice. The pool is smaller than the picture made it look. Really our only issue was there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and they were hot and stuffy. Everything else was great. Would stay again but we now know to bring fans.

We had a great stay overall. The home was very clean (and I’m very picky) and had just about everything you might need for a comfortable vacation—from a hair dryer to a stroller to pool toys. The waterpark and resort amenities were great and definitely a highlight of our trip! Sky Villa was very responsive to questions and concerns and utilized text messaging, which I really appreciated. One thing to be mindful of is the resort gate traffic getting in and out of the property—it can be quite lengthy and felt a bit dangerous at times.Unfortunately, the AC went out on our last full day before checkout, which made for a very uncomfortable night. We understand that things like this can happen, but having more fan options (ceiling or standing fans) would have helped a lot.Overall, still a great home with a lot to offer.

Beautiful house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here, a home from home. Well equipped, clean and with great facilities in the resort. Our intention was to stay local enough to WDW but to avoid the i4, this ticked that box perfectly. Plenty of supermarket, restaurants, takeaways in the local area roo.
