This top floor lovely sunny apartment envoys views from every room across to Balmoral beach. It is a two bedroom and 1 bathroom .
Everything is brand new , All new furniture and mattresses, electrical appliances, new 55” Sony tv and Sonos sound bar. New internal laundry Miele appliances throughout . Beach is 1mins across the road. Apartments has aircon; and a parking spot in a shared garage for a small car .please note there is no lift . unit is on the third floor .

It’s has been fully renovated and ready for summer. This is the first time it is offered for holiday rental.

The location is unbeatable being beachfront Balmoral. There are restaurants such as Public dining room ; Kazzi; the boathouse ; Pasture ; and Bathers’ all in walking distance . Buses are at the door .

Fabulous stay

Don’t hesitate to book; this apartment could not be better situated for a visit to the stunning Balmoral beach. The apartment itself is well-appointed and was comfortable for our family of four. Rita is responsive in the event any questions arise. A perfect stay for us.

Perfect stay

The property is perfectly located and beautifully detailed and fitted out. Everything we could have wanted was provided plus more thoughtful provisions. Definitely a five star experience. Our family loved it. A mirror in the twin room would be the only addition we would have benefitted from. Up six flights of stairs so pack light and enjoy the incidental exercise. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect location

Our stay was just what we wanted as we returned to Sydney after 5 years. We really appreciated the early check-in which got the holiday off to a great start. It was the perfect base for catching up with friends and revisiting old haunts. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and chilling with Balmoral beach in view was perfect. We had a slight problem with the hot water, but Rita kept us informed and resolved matters very quickly. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

This apartment overlooks the best of Balmoral, close to shops and cafes and across the road from jumping in the water. The apartment itself is newly renovated, beautifully appointed and has all the amenities needed to make for a great stay. Place was spotless and even gave has a special welcome pack for us on arrival which was nice touch. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this place - thanks Rita!

Spectacular sunrise over Balmoral

This property is absolutely fantastic. The apartment is immaculate and the view overlooking Balmoral is breathtaking. Rita is a wonderful host who was always readily available to answer any and all queries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views from the living room and balcony are truly incredible. This place is one of the best, if not the best, vacation rental property our family has ever stayed anywhere in the world.
