Buller Noire, translating to Black House in French, is a unique holiday house located in one of New Plymouth's most sought-after tourist destinations. Just a five-minute stroll to the CBD and adjacent to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, this property offers an ideal blend of luxury and convenience.



Spread over three levels, Buller Noire exudes character and charm. The upper level features an open plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped designer kitchen, all boasting sweeping ocean views. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a glass of merlot while taking in the expansive views of the sugar loaf islands and breathtaking sunsets.
