Looking to soothe the soul or enjoy some water sports.  This stunning holiday escape has it all including; kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, a floating “lily pad” and crab net.

The holiday home has an additional boat house for teenagers or for those guests who never want to leave!

Making family memories is what summers are all about.

• Use of 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, a floating “lily pad”, and crab nets, and Billiard table

4 bedrooms all on 1 level (1 master bedroom with a king bed and its own ensuite, 1 with a queen bed, and 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 king-single beds)

Including the ensuite above, there are 3 bathrooms (all with toilets and showers) on that main level, and 1 bathroom (shower and toilet) in a large games/chilling out room on the lower level.

NBN with optical fibre cable to house Wifi throughout house, TV with Netflix. Apple TV etc, a barista style Italian coffee machine, large BBQ on the top balcony, ducted air-conditioning for cooling and heating to all rooms, heated floor tiles, Ventis system for air filtration and flow.

There are 2 fridges with freezers in the main house, and 1 main dishwasher in the kitchen and a smaller one in the pantry, 2 Miele ovens and 1 Miele microwave, a Siemens seamless induction cook-top, 1 wine fridge, etc.

The boatshed can accommodate sleepovers if needed. Has its own toilet and a small basin, a kitchenette, and a medium-sized fridge with freezer. There is an outside shower running warm and cold water located nearby at the near end of the jetty. It is linked to the house Wifi system.
