Amazing Vacation Rental

The Palms is well a appointed vacation home with beautiful decor. We spent a fun week relaxing by the pool and kayaking and fishing on the canal. We loved it and would highly recommend it!

Great place

Beautiful place with a nice pool and hot tub. I’d like to expand on that but you really can’t get better then this house everything was perfect.

Great place for family vacation away from the hustle. Kitchen fully loaded with up to date appliances. Pool, hot tub and Canal/kayaks made for a great time. Beach is a good drive but plenty to do at the house.

Even better than the pictures!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The home is beyond beautiful, comfortable, well equipped for all of your needs and just a wonderful place to relax. We didn't even feel the need to leave much because we enjoyed the pool and beautiful view of the canal and comfy home so much! Thanks for having such a wonderful home to share.

Dreams come true

Just wow! This was be far the best VRBO rental we vacationed at! I'm in love with the floor plan and decor. The sliding doors opened up the indoor outdoor living area. The pool was huge. And the hot tub....what an additional feature! We enjoyed sitting at the canal and just chill. We will definitely be back! We love this home! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!!

Great House But Issues Not Resolved By Property Manager

House and location is great, but property management was not much help getting the Hot Tub and Pool Heater resolved during our stay

Romance and relaxation

This home was absolutely stunning. From the small details in the decorations to the beautiful pool and dock right next to the canal. I let Roelen's rentals know it was our honeymoon and when we arrived the bed was covered in rose petals with a very sweet note, roses, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne! We want to come back asap, that is how amazing our stay was. Will loved that there was access to fishing equipment to fish right off the dock and also loved the kayaks. The home was stocked with towels and so many other amenities. The hot tub and pool were always at perfect temperature, we barely had to turn the heater on. And the peace and quiet of the area was the best part. The kitchen was stocked with glassware and so many different appliances which was extremely helpful. The restaurants in the area are phenomenal and everyone was so friendly. We are now looking forward to hopefully move to this area within the next 5 to 10 years or at least have our own vacation home in Cape Coral! Thank you for the most romantic and relaxing honeymoon.

Beautiful place but a major disappointment!

Lovely home and most everything the description said it would be. Walk in closets in every bedroom and the towels are luxurious. The low rating is due to the management company. Absolutely terrible! We had no air conditioning 5 of the 6 nights we stayed. After repeated phone calls about the problem they finally sent someone on our second to last day. Temps were in the 90s! We loved the house itself but we were miserable trying to sleep at night. I've asked to be compensated for the lack of air and have been told 3 times that I would get a call back. I've received no call and no compensation. I do not recommend this house or management company to anyone. Our spring break was ruined.

Very nice an beautiful house - Amazing location close to Cape Harbour club house

An amazing house. All has been remodeled, with inspiration (luxury and modern style). We loved the pool and nice front water view. We had a great stay. We highly recommend the house for renting. The reason we did not rated 5 everywhere: - The sinks and in particular that of the kitchen smelled very bad (like water stagnated). We cleaned (we ran water in the sinks for a while) then after an hour it was better. - The Refrigerator's filter was over and needed to be replaced - The Master bathroom Sink faucet hole cover was broke The Property Manager, was there right after our checking-in. She told us, they will manage all the points describe above, unfortunately we did not hear anything from them (no call, no visit, nothing at all. We were on vacation and it was not up to us to run after the property Manager). Kind comments from our side just as an improvement: - In the bedrooms there is no black-out curtains. There are metal shutters outside but they are flu and so unusable. We slept with eyes masks. - The main aluminum glass sliding door (in the living room) the lock does not work. Having little children we were quite concern (safety) access to to pool and burglary

The Palms Cape Coral

House is recently remodeled and beautifully furnished! Nice pool and jacuzzi and loved access to dock for fishing and kayaking. Just a bit of a drive to Fort Meyers beach or Sanibel. About 30-45 minutes with traffic but not bad. Kids loves the pool so if you are not looking to be at the beach everyday it’s perfect place for the price!
