Welcome to "Seahorse" Funky Fish House, a vibrant and luxurious waterfront retreat nestled in the exclusive yachting community of Cape Harbour. The Funky Fish Houses are renowned for their creative use of color and island ambiance, and "Seahorse" is no exception.
The three-level design of "Seahorse" offers a unique and versatile layout, perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable vacation experience.
The third floor features two ensuite bedrooms, one with a full bed & the other, a Master Suite with a king bed and private deck overlooking the marina. The second floor is the heart of the home, with a gourmet kitchen, inviting living area, and a deck overlooking the Marina at Cape Harbour - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail.
The third bedroom with king bed is also located on the second floor. The first floor boasts a separate Efficiency Apartment suite that could be available upon request only. This separate space may be owner occupied, but also is totally separate from the rest of the house to ensure total secure privacy.
With a total of three bedrooms, "Seahorse" can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed, offering a restful retreat after a day of adventure. The master suite on the third floor features a king bed and a 75" TV, while the other bedrooms offer equally comfortable accommodations.
The home features three full bathrooms, including one with a standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower in the Master Suite.
The living and dining areas are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with a dining room that seats six and a breakfast bar with three stools.

Other things to note:
This is a multi unit condo and the separate efficiency apartment may be occupied during your stay. The efficiency apartment can be added to your stay upon request and approval. The owner may be occupying it, but it has it's own secure entrance and no shared spaces besides the garage and dock.
There is a private elevator inside the main house that goes from the ground level to the third floor.
Guests have access to the pool at Cape Harbour. Guests will be provided a gate code to use to walk from the Funky Fish Houses, down the boardwalk that runs along the Cape Harbour Marina, and to the pool at the end of Cape Harbour. The pool is shared between resident and guests of the Condo Associations. It does require a few minute walk.
There is no parking in front of the house or in the garage. There is a parking lot that is for all guests and is less than a minute walk away. You are allowed to drive up to the house to drop off luggage, but no parking is allowed.
The house does come with a private dock right in the back of the house along the canal. The boat lift is not available. If you are looking at a longer stay, please reach out and we can get authorization from the owner on a case by case basis. Cape Harbour Marina is just a few minutes walk away and could be a great spot to rent a boat slip and allow for quick and easy boat access.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.
You're vacation rental includes electricity and pool heat at no addional charge.
