Beach Front Villa LAS with direct Beach access

Spectacular oceanfront home, with infinity pool, unparalleled and panoramic views over Delaport Bay and the white beach directly in front of the Villa. The house was designed as a luxury Vacation spot located in the center of New Providence - the Main Island of the Bahamas. Close enough to everything you will need like Restaurants, Bars, and shopping centers - but still with this unique private Island flair you expect while visiting the Bahamas.

It is a beautiful example of modern architecture and offers a large space for Families or Friends for your stay in the beautiful Bahamas!

The Villa is located on West Bay Street - directly on the north side with probably the most beautiful beaches on the whole island. The beach is nearly private because of the surrounding private villas and only 3 steps away from the patio area.

The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is an open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge windows overlooking the waves and views. The 20ft Patio doors can be opened and transforming the living room and outdoor area into a large open space. The master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the blue Ocean and there are 2 other bedrooms on the third floor, both with queen beds. The ground floor has one bedroom and a separate Studio with queen beds. The studio has also a full kitchen.

The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops - gas cooktop - separate Breakfast area for up to 6, Bar area facing the kitchen, and large dining area (with ten-seater dining table)

The kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The dining and TV room doors collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. The wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining.

Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and an outdoor sitting area

To reach the Villa is only a 6-minute ride from the Nassau International Airport

(Lynden Pindling International Airport) and important to mention, not in the flight zone for regular airplanes.

Family vacation for 7 of us. Plenty of room to give us space. The beachfront access was perfect, didn’t have to fight the crowds from the cruise ships. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and had a washer dyer. We’ll be back. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Large family of 8 - 2 grand parents, 3 adult sons, one daughter in law, and two grandkids, ages 7 and 13 had a fabulous week long vacation at this house. Kitchen was exceptional, beach was amazing and the weather was excellent.

Over all, no complaints and everything in good order. One bathroom sink was plugged up, but a repair person came in a timely fashion and cleaned it out. Cornelia, the manager, was very helpful. The house was an excellent place to stay, however it now bears the marks of showing some aging. Would have appreciated an easier access to get to the beach from the house. The front porch is a definite winner with a glorious view. Overall, very accommodating for the 7 of us!

Great house that exceeded our expectations. Host was very friendly and communicative, and check in and out were both very easy. I would recommend bringing your own body wash but other than that the house has everything you’ll need.

We loved the snorkeling. Directly in front of the house, we had a white sand beach for swimming with calm waters. Beautiful views! The property manager was so prompt with any questions and made great suggestions. We would come back to the island and stay in this house for the quiet beach with no crowds. It's close to the airport and there are wonderful restaurants near the home.

All Ages Love this House

This house was wonderful for all ages. We felt very secure and safe during all parts of our stay due to the alarm system and gated property. The ocean and soft sand were the highlights of our trip. We would hang out every day in the ocean for hours!

Amazing Beachfront, House Misrepresented

We spent nearly all of our time on the beach and deck, and the view is spectacular. However, the photos of the house and descriptions are not up to date.

This is a very clean and spacious villa with good comms from the rental agents. It’s let down by a couple of things. It’s generally a little bit tired and could do with a lick of paint as the photos were clearly taken some time ago. The access to the beach is the main issue with frankly dangerous breeze blocks placed as steps. Address those issues and it would have received an excellent rating as the beach is stunning.

Disappointed

The house and location are great. However, you should know 3 things:1. The condition is poor. Broken glass on the beach (a bucket full), broken patio furniture, lights and fans that don’t work, old furniture and trash on the side of the house, potentially dangerous electrical work, smoke alarm that beeps at midnight
.I have pictures of all of it. 2. The house is not stocked well: limited pots/pans, little toilet paper and paper towels, only 4 dish towels, etc. think bare bones. 3. Property manager Cornelia is extremely defensive, abrasive, and inflexible. We could’ve lived with and overcome any of those if she’d been less rude. Literally talks over you. Bottom line, with a little attention and a new manager this could be awesome. Until then, pass.

Good for a group trip

We booked this villa for a bachelorette! It was plenty of space for a group of 9! It was a great location and close to the airport. Since it is hurricane season, the water from the beach does come pretty close to the house, so be mindful of that. Also be mindful that one of the rooms is outside of house; pretty much a mini guest house. The only stressful part of this stay was that some of the supplies, such as toilet paper and trash bags, were not for our big group, but we managed. If you run out, the host stated we would have to get our own items, which is tough when we didn’t rent a car. There was confusion on where to put the trash but we made sure to stack it neatly in the living room before we left. Other than that, we had a great experience and the host responded timely. We had an issue with one of the toilets and the host informed maintenance to come as soon as possible to fix the issue. We also did have an issue locating the house, but the host helped us out.

Private Beachfront Paradise

We absolutely loved the house! Being able to walk out the back door and into the ocean was amazing. We loved having a pool, but with having such easy access to the ocean, we spent most of our time there. The house was clean and looks like it does in the photos. The communication with the host was also easy. They were prompt to respond and were very helpful in advising on where to eat or best things to do in Nassau. They also helped with transportation, which was a big plus since we didn’t want to rent a car. I would say the only issue we had is that the refrigerator wasn’t very cold, but it still served its purpose. While they provided plenty of pots and pans, adding a couple of frying pans to the collection would be nice. But neither of these things were a big deal. We visited both major resorts and our group agreed that having our own piece of Bahamas paradise was the right choice. The cost for cabs can get pricey given the location, but worth it. We hope to be back very soon!

Awesome Location

The house is located in a great spot right on a beautiful beach. There is really no need to travel far because the beach is just outside the house and it is one of the most beautiful on the island. The house was clean and comfortable however it was not as much well stocked as the site mentioned. We did not have toilet paper in some of the bathrooms but there was a grocery store right down the street. Katie, our host, was great. She coordinated getting a driver for us from the airport to the house and getting a rental car. We were glad to have the rental car but they do have a bus stop close by if you want to use the public transportation. The only negative I have to say is that when we originally booked the house we had 11 people but we ended up only having 7 people. They charged us extra for anyone over 6 people and would not reimburse us even though we notified VRBO before the cutoff date that we would only have 7 people.

Excellent House with a Beautiful view!

We loved staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, with an excellent location and beautiful views of the ocean. You cannot beat being steps away from the beach. The only issue we had was that the we could not get the washer to work. We tried the cold and cool settings, but still it would not run. Washer issues aside, we would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Excellent Memorial Trip

I was hesitant on booking this property due to lack of reviews but the photos of the view were amazing! Once I spoke with Bianca my concerns were eased. She was polite and so helpful giving us suggestions for restaurants,tours, and even transportation. We had a few issues pop up and she was quick to resolve them. There are a few things worth noting. We originally had a party of 12, and one couple decided to stay at Sandy Point. If our original party stayed in the home, there would not have been enough beds because we had more children than couples. There is a seperate apartment with a queen bed and kitchen. I assumed it was part of the home but it has a separate entrance. The home itself was stocked and we were provided with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 toliet papers per bath, and some dish soap. There were only 2 towels allotted per person. While the washing machine was on property there was no soap. Plan ahead like we did and bring some pods. Also the surrounding grocery stores are very expensive and some of the inventory was not great. If you have a car drive out a bit and shop there. Solomon's at Palm Cay was much less expensive and had a great selection. Plan on bringing bug spray...lots of it. We were bitten by something that left red spots all over our legs. Also I would suggest packing a few floats for the ocean. It was a bit rough and would have been nice to have something to float in. Overall it was such an amazing vacation and the views of the sunset every night were unforgettable. I would suggest against using the sealife services. I booked a chef service and grocery stock and were charged a VERY large service fee and did not receive half of the items requested. Also we were charged for in house COVID testing and no one showed up. Trying to contact that company was also a nightmare. If it wasn't for Bianca and her customer service and quick resolution this review may have been different.

What a wonderful vacation. Jason and Bianca were as helpful as could be. Beautiful property with an incredible beach within steps. Recommendations for nearby restaurants/experiences were excellent! Will definitely be back!
