**The Space**

The condo features new flooring and contemporary furnishings like ottoman

style seating and fashionable grays and blues for a warm and cozy mountain

retreat.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, new furniture, and the bathroom right

next to it.

The full size pull out sofa will comfortably sleep 2 small children or a

single adult.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
