Enter the first floor to find a bright and spacious open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. There's a dining area that connects to the kitchen, making an open concept for dining.

A few steps down is the living room, featuring ample seating, a large SMART TV, and a cozy double-sided gas fireplace. Sliding doors lead to the private patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee or gather after a beach day, just steps from the pool and sand.

Head up to the next level where you'll find the first primary bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, A/C and a full bath with a shower. There's a full-size Bosch washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway.

A few steps up there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, two more bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds, one with a trundle.

The third floor hosts the second primary suite—a spacious, air-conditioned retreat with a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower

From here, step out to the rooftop deck with dining space, perfect for sunset dinners with sweeping views of the ocean and courtyard.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"We have been staying at this unit for 8 years with our entire family including grandchildren. The entire family looks forward to our vacation here and unit 144 is part of our fond memories year after year. The unit is very comfortable and feels like home. The pool and beach are perfect and grandchildren love having access to both. This year we used the linen service and it was a game changer. Finally, Jennifer the real estate agent is very receptive and a pleasure to work with.


**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
