Profitez de votre belle plage privée à quelques pas, la climatisation centrale, et à moins de 3/4 mile du centre-ville de Hyannis. Situé à seulement 100 verges est la courte promenade magnifique, sable, plage privée sur Nantucket Sound avec vue sur la Grande Île et le Kennedy Compound. Nouveau mobilier, planchers de pin large et un porche agréable avec des chaises Adirondack. Une grande terrasse avec barbecue à l'arrière vous permettra de profiter de repos à la maison avant et après la plage. Beaucoup de niveau, privé impasse font aussi cet enfant de la maison conviviale. Moins de 3/4 mile du centre-ville de Hyannis et du port, où les ferries partent fréquemment pour Nantucket et Marthas Vineyard et où vous pouvez partir pour une sortie de pêche. Situé entre mer Street Beach et Kalmus Beach où vous pouvez aller à partir de votre plage pour encore plus longues promenades sur la plage. Décoré avec goût et impeccablement propre, cette maison est idéale pour les familles avec enfants ou couples.

Beautiful, peaceful property!

Perfect getaway spot, especially in the off season. Home is equipped with everything you need for an extended stay and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable house, close to beaches, town

Great location for family with young teenage kids - quiet, close to beach, also walkable/bikeable to town and shops. Owner was communicative, check in was easy, house was clean and comfortable and well-stocked (kitchen utensils, lawn games, extra beach stuff, etc). Would stay again.

This property has it all! Short walk to private beach, central to Hyannis port restaurants, shops and Hy-Line for expanded adventures to the islands. House is charming and cozy with a wonderful deck for relaxing and enjoying company. Definitely would stay again.

Great vacation

House was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, great neighborhood, and central air, which was key. And there's so much to see and do in the area. Kept 14-year-old twin boys busy and excited. We had a blast and will definitely be going back there next year.

Hyannis - Fall 2020

Out of all of the Homeaway / VRBO rentals we have used, by far this was one of the most comfortable homes with nice furnishings and all else well equipped. Communication with the owner when needed was quick.

Wonderful Vacation Home and Location!

My husband and I enjoyed our end of Summer stay at this property. The home was clean, well equipped and for end of summer heat - we appreciated the AC! It is a very quiet neighborhood. Homes are well maintained. Short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the warm water, never crowded and fun to watch the island boats come and go. Highly recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful stay at a true gem of a house!

We spent a week here in April 2024 and had a fantastic time! We were a group of six - grandparents, parents, and two small kids and the house worked perfectly for us. It's a great location and space, especially the kid room for the kids and the nice back deck. Cecil was a great host - very communicative and went above and beyond to provide helpful information before and during our stay. The location was very close to the main areas of Hyannis and great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here for your next Cape Cod vacation!

Very enjoyable vacation week!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cecil's house! The location is perfect with the very nice private beach a short walk away and everything else so close as well. We walked to and/or rode our bikes to MANY of the things we wanted to do, including: Main St. Hyannis which has tons of shopping and restaurants, the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, the Kennedy compound, and other non-private beaches. We definitely recommend Cecil's vacation home.

The house is centrally located for you to explore all of Cape Cod. We love being close to Main Street and all the restaurants and we especially love our private beach. Never crowded, warm water in the summer. No need to drive to the beach!
