Overall a great experience. I got confused because I was looking for Unit 1, then I saw the name in the details of the reservation.

Salvatore, glad the stay itself came off great, and you're right that hunting for a unit number when the house goes by a name is a confusing way to start a trip. That detail sits too far down in the reservation, so we're moving the house name and arrival directions to the top of the confirmation and the day-before text, where you'd actually look for them. Come back and see us when you can take your time with the resort grounds instead of your phone. Next visit, get in the water early before the afternoon crowd. It was a nice clean room. A little hard to find as there are no signs where to pull in and It’s really tight for a big vehicle. Overall location was great, room was perfect for the two of us.

4 day getaway with friends

This is a great little cabin for 2. Located in the center of Main Street to walk, shop and have some cocktails. Cabin was beautiful with everything you need. Decent water pressure and lots of hot water. A/C was cold and 2 ceiling fans kept us comfy. Bed was great also. We will definitely be back to the Belle’ Palace!!

Nice/clean place, with some caveats

The place was super cute and clean. Easy check in process and walkable to main street locations Unfortunately, there was only lukewarm water for shower and not great water pressure. Also, on Saturday nights be aware, there is a live DJ 2 doors down at a venue that plays very loud music that vibrates the entire room until at least midnight.

Brittany, you should not have had to stand under a lukewarm trickle for your morning shower, and that one is on us. A plumber has been out to the house, the water heater is being replaced this month, and the low flow showerhead is coming off with it. On the Saturday DJ, you are right that it carries, so we have added a heads up about it to the listing and put a sound machine in each bedroom. Thanks for the kind words on the cleaning and how walkable it all is. Come back and see the house running the way it should, ideally on a quiet weeknight. Great location and nice cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this little cabin off Main Street. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good so we slept well. Only cons were the water pressure in the shower was very low for the hot water, and there was no dishwasher yet the check out instructions said to clean the dishes or leave the dishwasher running. In my opinion the cleaning fee should cover things such as this and the instructions should have been more specific to our cabin.

Our stay was spectacular, only concern was the 3 dirty brushes in the restroom drawer, to left left when you walk in. They was filled with hair.
