This can be a common occurrence with properties that sit so close to the beach due to humidity and salt air. However we will look into it and make sure it is not a major problem. Thanks for your recent review. We’re disappointed to read that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately air conditioning units and parts break on occasion. Our team makes every effort to ensure A/C units are checked prior arrival and are monitored digitally through our smart thermostat system. Per our 100% performance guarantee, we’re pleased that we were able to send someone out quickly and that the A/C repair man was able to schedule an appointment during your stay. We understand that some guests do not feel comfortable allowing maintenance technicians to enter the rental when they are not home, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback on the couch, we’ve scheduled an upholstery clean. We hope your time at the beach was enjoyable and look forward to welcoming you back!
