L'unité mesure environ 900 pieds carrés. L'unité a une salle de bain complète et une demi-salle de bain. La copropriété est dans le bâtiment 2 - accès Starbucks sans avoir à sortir.

Vues sur la montagne depuis le salon. Plusieurs restaurants situés dans le Village i. e. Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Auld Dubliner, Rocker at Squaw, Bistro 22 et Plumpjacks. We had a great experience! The host is super responsive and friendly. There was a huge storm that prevented our keys from arriving in the mail on time, but the host had an easy back up plan that saved the day. The room is very nice and the location is perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Amazing property, perfect for our family of 4 for a snow weekend on the slopes. Communication was extremely detailed, check-in was seamless, the place is very thoughtfully appointed, and you absolutely can not beat the location. Great indoor/underground parking. Would definitely return.

Perfect location for Western States

I stayed here with my team/friends because I wanted to be close to Western States pre-race festivities. It was the perfect location. It was also clean and well-appointed. Ann was very responsive.

Great Say for a wedding

Great central location for a summer wedding (and for any activities any time of year!) Good parking underground and is steps away from an elevator to the property. The property was clean and well appointed. It is a very good choice for your holiday in the mountains!

Great location

Nice and quiet with the windows closed. Can be a little loud from vehicles if you open the windows to cool off at night. Nice to have the 2 bathrooms. The larger bathroom even has both a shower stall and bathtub shower combo so 2 people can shower at the same time if you're comfortable with that. We were there for the Western States race and it fit our needs perfectly. Make use of the kitchen to save money as the food at Palisades is quite expensive. Very nice having the underground parking!

Olympic Valley Western States 100

This property is gorgeous and right in the heart of Olympic Valley. I ran the Western States 100 and stayed with my family before the start. Ann was extremely communicative and helpful with all of my questions. I highly recommend and would even stay here if it was not for Western States.

Great location- Condo needs maintenance

I’ve stayed at the Village many times and always enjoy the location and charm. This unit had all of that, however it needs maintenance attention and it has a serious nasty smell of cigarette smoke or something. The fireplace didn’t work, the half bath toilet didn’t flush, the dinning room window crank didn’t work, the bedside table was broken, as was the coffee table (had to stuff something under it so it wouldn’t fall over) and it needed a proper cleaning.

Deanna, I'm sorry your stay was not a 10. I wish you had text me as soon as you arrived and I would have had the maintenance folks up to check on everything. As we do not reside there, we depend on our cleaning team and guests to alert us to any issues. The maintenance folks found no issue with the fireplace and were able to fix the toilet right away. I did not realize the coffee table and night stand needed minor repair. I always include my number so guests can text me with any issues. Again, my apologies your stay was not as expected. We were able to address all of your concerns with the village maintenance team right away. Best, Ann

Condo with large living room, perfect location to village restaurants & lifts

Very nice 1-bdrm condo with a king-size bed and full closet. The extra half bathroom is very useful, as well as the separate shower & bathtub. The living room + dining area is gigantic along with the extra den where the Murphy bed is located. Perfect for hosting several guests. Another perk is the full size oven & stove which allows multiple meals to be cooked during week-long stays. The location in building 2 is great for getting Starbucks and being 60ft from the Tram. The Rocker is next door for dining and the other village restaurants are a 1 min walk. Ann is very responsive by cell phone for any questions or needs. Definitely recommend this condo for stays of all seasons.

Easy Home Base at Palisades - 10/10 recommend

This place exceeded expectations. There was a little snafu upon arrival, but Ann was super responsive to our needs and her communication is impeccable. Pictures don't do this place justice. It is a lot roomier than the pictures, and there is also a half bath! There were 4 of us adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant. We fit super comfortably in the space. The space itself is very nice, and the decor is warm and inviting. Also has everything you need for home cooked meals. Location is superb. It is a 20/10 if that rating existed. It is right in Olympic Village. You can see the Dubliner Irish Pub from the balcony. And the noise doesnt keep you up at night. It is a nice base, you can hop right on the slopes, or bike on the trail to the downtown. There are also ski lockers that you're able to access when you rent the space, which is helpful. I would book this place again next time we visit North Lake Tahoe. It is a fantastic spot with a fantastic host.

Best experience at Palisades

It was our first time staying so close to the lifts (with the property being in the village itself) of any ski resort. And after our time there, our standards are forever changed. The convenience of being able to get up/change/not worry about parking, while having convenient boot drying systems/ski lockers - made the ski trip stand out from all our previous ones. Ann was an amazing host who worked with us to answer any questions and I know for any future palisades trips, I'll definitely be looking to see if this stay is available.

Super location, close to all Village amenities

The perfect location for a writing getaway with views to snowy mountains and plenty of dining choices as Thanksgiving grew close. This condo would suit a family with kids, as there is one primary bedroom and the other beds are in the main living area. Plenty of dishware and cooking items. The manager was a good communicator. I can recommend this cute, cozy condo.

Great stay

This is our second stay in this unit. Great Mountain View’s facing away from the busy village center. Elevator ride down to Starbucks every morning for coffee. Larger than normal balcony makes for a relaxing visit.

Spacious 1 BR in great location

Nicely appointed, clean, spacious unit in the middle of the village. Had everything we needed, the murphy bed was very convenient, and we really enjoyed peoplewatching from the balcony. Just a couple of things to note, there is no pool, but each building has at least one private hot tub (you can access any of them). Also these units don't have AC, but this one stays pretty cool because it doesn't get the afternoon sun.
