DÉTAILS:

Notre condo est une unité au dernier étage dans The Village at Squaw Valley Resort. Le condo est situé au 4Úme étage du bùtiment 4.

EMPLACEMENT
Nous sommes situés dans un quartier calme du village afin que vous puissiez obtenir une bonne nuit de sommeil avant de frapper les pentes du AM. Bùtiment 4 est situé à deux pas du tramway, gondole, Squaw One et KT-22 remontées mécaniques. Avec l'accÚs au casier à skis et un parking souterrain vous permettra d'éviter tous les tracas d'avoir à traßner autour de l'équipement.

SALON

Grand canapé-lit, grande télévision à écran LED de 50 pouces, terrasse donnant sur le village et vue sur les montagnes Détendez-vous devant une cheminée, un gaz. Manger à la table à manger 4 places.

CUISINE

Cuisine ouverte avec un bar en granit qui peut accueillir 4.

La cuisine bien équipée dispose d'un lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, une cafetiÚre et un ensemble complet de cuisine et salle à manger des ustensiles - et bien sûr un ouvreur de vin!

CHAMBRE
Notre condo peut accueillir confortablement 4. Un lit King dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit Queen dans l'espace de vie. Nous fournissons des draps et des couvertures supplémentaires.

BAIN
plein bain et douche avec vanité. Nous fournissons des serviettes, du savon et du shampoing si léger pack.

ÉQUIPEMENTS
Dans l'immeuble 4, vous pouvez accéder à un bain à remous sur le toit qui donne sur la montagne. Le bùtiment dispose également d'une buanderie, d'une salle de jeux pour enfants et d'une salle des médias.

Il y a un ascenseur qui vous emmĂšne directement Ă  partir du dessous du sol Parking Ă  notre unitĂ©. Notre unitĂ© est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'ascenseur de sorte que vous ĂȘtes Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied du Tram!

Le Ski Locker est situé au premier étage de sorte que vous pouvez laisser vos skis, bottes, et des engins sans avoir à prendre l'étage (et il gardera l'unité de nettoyage aussi!).

Perfect location for a New Years Eve ski stay and celebrate! Condo was clean and very well stocked. Easy access to village and jacuzzis with view of the mountain. Owners responded quickly and made the entire process a breeze. Would stay again when given an opportunity for just the husband and I to get away.

Weekend Ski Trip

Visited Tahoe for a ski weekend with the family. The unit is clean, comfortable, well appointed and in the village with easy access to ski lifts and ski school. Will definitely stay there again.

Palisades stay

enjoyed our stay nice amenities including great tea,hot cocoa and coffee choices supplied. I am a very light sleeper and the bedroom wall is on the hall of the elevator and there is a constant hum from a fan in the bldg.

Enjoyed Lake Tahoe

Good stay at the condo. It is set up just like the pictures. Very quick drive in to Tahoe City. Enjoyed the convenience of being in the Palisades village with easy access to restaurants, etc. and really enjoyed the quick access to bike trails. The Truckee River bike trail was great.

Great location at Palisade Tahoe

It's very clean and well maintained. Very convenient to get to many of the restaurants down at the village. The top floor does get pretty warm but they do have portable A/C in the bedroom and the main room. They do get loud though.

Family new year trip

We had a wonderful time at this property and everything was so convenient and well cared for. Great well-stocked kitchen and lots of extra blankets and mattresses to sleep in the common area for our kids. The condo is a perfect location to get kids to ski lessons and onto the slopes early! The hot tubs, parking and access to restaurants made it extra enjoyable. And the kids club in the lobby was so fun when the snow was too much to be on the mountain. We made an error in our booking and were late to checkout on our final day by many hours. The owners were incredibly understanding and gracious, and we felt so grateful. This is an exceptional spot for families looking for a luxurious and convenient family ski vacation.

The "9.8 Exceptional" rating and photos were not a great match. The unit is dark and musty in a building that needs a refresh. The bed is opposite the elevator and noise abounds. "Spa" facilities are not as clean, organized and fresh as depicted. Convenient to the mountain for sure but a bit depressing to hang out in the room.

5 Stars are not enough

My wife and I have lived in South Lake Tahoe for nearly fifty years so we’ve been doing Squaw Valley since before they built the Village. Our first time staying here and it was nice to discover this place is its own little world and whatever the season you are right in the middle of it. Amazing place! Any of the condos for rent here would be a special vacation but I found one that met every possible need and it’s located in a unique section of the Village across the alley from the CoffeeCornor. The property had everything we could have needed and our communication with the hosts was above Five Star. It was a pleasure to work with them. The check in/out was easy thanks to a video they provided and the parking garage was great. The elevator opens at the condo. The fireplace and the deck were nice to have. We’ll be back. Rex

This property was absolutely a wonderful place to stay while in Olympic Valley. So close and extremely convenient to ski lifts, shopping and dining. Perfect for two people. It was so nice to have underground parking to protect the car from snow and frost. The hot tub and sauna were hot and ready to go in. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the amenities for cooking. Comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and pillows. The couch was also so comfy to cuddle up on and watch TV. It was great having the Roku stick to watch a variety of movies and shows. Huge selection to choose from. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. However, their booking calendar is already full through the summer of 2024. A big "Shout Out" to the owners that provide such an awesome place to stay while at Squaw Valley (Palisades). Until the next time . . . . . . .

This place was very clean. Nice top floor location. The owners provided very detailed instructions on getting keys, amenities, etc. They even reached out letting us know the unit is available before the check in time. We had a great time. Would love to stay again.

We moved to the San Francisco 20 years ago, from the Midwest (and East Cost prior to that). Although city people, we love being out in nature & often find ourselves in the mountains (Sierra’s) both in the summer and winter with our 10 and 17 year olds. This summer is quiet and peaceful in the village and the hiking is incredible!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location! Squaw and Alpine are on the crest of the Sierra’s and get the most snow in Lake Tahoe. An American icon, Squaw Ski resort needs no introduction. Alpine Valley Ski area is a free 15 minute shuttle ride. Both resorts have a laid-back vibe. In spring and summer, the idyllic and sometimes wild Truckee river is a 5-minute drive with rafting, fishing, and camping. DL Bliss State Park is another summer favorite with white sand beaches and the scenic Rubicon Trail that winds along the lake rim to Emerald Bay. For the more adventurous, the area is a treasure trove of options – Eldorado National Forest, Emigrant Wilderness, Desolation Wilderness with countless hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking. After a camping trip or an extended hike, we love to stay at our peaceful condo with all its creature comforts before the return to hustle and bustle of our city life.

Our dear friends Biren and Yufen whose kids grew up skiing with ours, co-own the condo.
