Still waiting for a response from them...

We will be having this dishonest review removed ASAP. Until then allow us to tell you the actual truth about the tenant from hell. These people left several dog poos on our property as well as a full load of dirty dishes after they checked-out, and we provided them with photo proof but they still denied that it was them. When I told them that the yard had been mowed that same morning shortly before their check-in and the property cleaned by our Cleaner, which we can prove as we have the receipts from the Gardner and Cleaner. If there was poo already on the yard both the Cleaner and Gardner would have said something and cleaned it up, they still denied it and argued with us going back and forth like children. Even with undeniable proof that they had left faeces in our yard and a big load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher there was no apology for their mistake but rather rudeness and denial. As for me being rude, that's a lie. After Nick's continuous arguing and denial I simply asked him if someone had stayed at their property and left dog poos and a lot of dirty dishes they'd not be impressed either. Nick came across as a selfish, entitled brat in denial who got his fingers caught in the cookie jar and continued to deny his mistakes even though the photo proof of the dog poos was undeniable and the fact the Cleaner and Gardner had been there that same day and both reported the house and yard were sparkling clean. You simply can't leave dog poos in someones yard and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and and think it's ok. Also, it's in the agreement and written in the house 'Welcome Book' to clean up after your pets and leave the house how it was left or further cleaning charges will be charged. It's a fair and simple rule you would think for both the guests, for us and for the guests who have to stay after they have left poo in the yard and dirty dishes. We were charged $60 extra from our Cleaner to clean up those dog poos and clean the dishes, we simply forwarded on those charges which is fair. Check our other reviews and you will see all of our guests accept this rule and all of our guests give us shining reviews, except for this entitled brat who left dog poos and dirty dishes after check-out. You make up your own mind who is wrong here people... ;-)
