The place is close to the Lake, trails, Deep Eddy and more. We walked to the new HEB every morning for coffee and tacodeli

Great Stay for ACL!!

This place was a quick walk to ACL, clean, comfortable, and just as listed. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch! It was quiet for sleeping at night and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again for any events at Zilker.

Excellent Location

This unit was located in a great neighborhood with access to all the great downtown Austin attractions. The unit is small but is perfect for two people. It’s basic but perfect for a short stay!

Great Location!

This unit worked great. I was rowing for a few days on the river and this unit was located in a great neighborhood and within an easy walk to the river path. I would book again.

It's a nice clean unpretentious space; but it's small. Probably 600 sf. No more than 2 guests unless all you do there is sleep.

The only thing was the couch was not comfortable, the cushions kept sliding out. Otherwise everything was nice.

Be certain to check facility

There’s no good reason for saying the wi-fi was in a location it wasn’t or that there was a problem connecting, nor is there a good reason for a worn-out bed mattress. Also, it’s advertised as a bnb but there is no breakfast, not even coffee. False advertising.

One night in Austin

Great location and very comfortable place for our one night stay. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and couch were very comfortable The only thing not perfect was there was no flexibility on check in time. We had an option to pay more for early check in but we didn’t think we needed it. Had to be done with 24 hour notice. We ended up arriving an hour early then had to wait outside in 90 degree heat (we didn’t have a car) for over an hour. No one came to the property so it seemed ready. But we’re not sent the door code til the exact check in time. Definitely recommended this place but make sure you don’t plan to arrive before the check in time and be allowed in.
