Chateau 84 unit #2: Recently renovated, ocean block condo located on the 1st floor with about 5 steps to your front door. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony after a hard day soaking in the sun at the beach. The condo provides all of the conveniences of home, including 3 televisions, washer and dryer, and WIFI. Bed sizes include a queen bed in the master bedroom, and 2 Full beds in the 2nd bedroom. Max occupancy of 6.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This unit rents Saturday-Saturday.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Second time

This is the second year in a row that me and my family stayed here. We really enjoyed the condo, the proximity of the beach and restaurants and shops nearby. Also the quietness of he area. Hopefully we will stay again in the near future.

close walk to beach

The location of this property was absolutely perfect. It was so close to the beach that we didn't have to pack lunches if the kids got hungry, they could quick run back to the unit. The living/dining & kitchen were a good size to accommodate our group of teens and adults. the only down fall there was no storage (closets). We would definitely stay here again.

Very Dirty & Inaccurate Description

The overarching idea of this property is fine (2 bedroom 2 bath located Oceanside), but everything else about it was highly disappointing. The floors were so dirty that after 5 mins of crawling my sons legs were completely black; this continued every time I put him down through the entire week. There were ants everywhere (kitchen, living area, bathroom). The carpets had large balls of hair and random items like change *HUGE CHOKING HAZARD*. The beds were not the advertised sizes so our sheets did not fit correctly. The walls had stains all over them. There was no bath tub, and the showers were very dirty. We knew the cleaners had been there because there was a sanitary seal on the toilets. But, putting the seal on may have been the only thing they did. We called for the cleaning crew to come back but then decided against it as all of our belongings were there and they couldn’t give me an exactly day/time when they would return. The property management company “central reservations” is really dropping the ball. This could be a great rental if it were actually kept up.

Hi Kristi Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am very sorry that you had cleaning issues. We are happy to send back the cleaners to make it right for you. We hire them to clean and truly expect our guest to enter a clean condo. I am not aware of any incorrect bed information, the owner tells us the bed sizes, but we have not had any other guest this summer, tell us there was any kind of error. Again I am sorry that you had issues, we would have been happy to assist.

Good times

Short walk to the beach, plenty of room for 4 people. The condo was exactly as the picture’s portrayed. Will definitely rent again.

Nice Place

Decorated well and very clean. Not very big and bedrooms were a little crowded with (nice) large furniture pieces. Was disappointed there was no closet space. Only closet in the apartment was in main bedroom and it was full of pillows, vacuum and broom (no hangers). Overall place was nice and enjoyed our stay but feel it would be better suited for 4 adults or a small family.
