We love this condo! Very clean, amazing views, short walk to beach and big deck to relax on. Great communication with the owner. We will be back!

Super cute property. So close to the ocean and lots of nice dining places. It was clean and quiet with everything you needed in the kitchen to make your own meals. Bed was very comfortable, got great sleep. If the boardwalk is what you are after it's a bit too far to walk- which was perfect for us. We had the nicest, relaxing few days at the ocean. Would come back here for sure!

Like one of the other reviewers, the property shows better live than in the pics. Walk out to beach, no elevators or long flights of stairs. Freshly remodeled and very clean. The property even had covered parking, but you need to grab a spot when they are available. Good location with the Bayside Skillet (great breakfast) across the street and mini golf. Overall great value for the cost.

We had the best stay at this property. It was exactly as pictured! It was spacious, updated, extremely clean and very well maintained, comfortable bed, fantastic location, and great communication with owner. The outdoor space was perfect in the morning and even better at night to listen to the waves. We found our new summer spot! can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The proximity to the beach was the best part! The decor was lovely and the kitchen was so well stocked! Also there were the most adorable birds on the deck next door and we loved hearing them on occasion. They were quiet and respectful but when out we loved it!

This place was a real Gem. Seth went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and ensured very good communication for any needs we may have had. Luckily, we didn't have any, but he still took the time to check in and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Furniture is a little dated, but comfortable, and the place looked better in person than in the pictures. Our favorite part was the large deck and the ease of walking down the steps right into the sand. We didn't even take our flip-flops to the beach. There were also lots of great places to walk to, like Seaside Deli, Bayside Skillet, Longboard Cafe, and By the Bay Creamery, which were most enjoyable. We would 100% stay again in the future!
