Great spot near Coupeville that is very dog friendly. It was a nice spot to relax in the evenings after exploring the island. The house is right in the flight path for the naval base flights and it is *loud*. We knew this would be the case and expected it but it is something to be aware of.

Great house with a nice view of the Puget Sound, Port Townsend ferry terminal, and amazing sunsets. House conditions were very clean and comfortable with a good kitchen to take care of your cooking needs. The only minor notes are the squeakiness of the wooden stairs heading up to the upper bedrooms and the stairs into the bathroom off the master bedroom. For the wooden stairs, if you are or have a soft sleeper in your party, just be aware they are loud going up or down. For the bathroom stairs, they have the potential of becoming an issue in the middle of the night if you forget they are present.

Whidbey Family vacation

This house has a beautiful view of the sound and Olympic mountains. We enjoyed spending family time on the deck and making s’mores in the fire pit. There was plenty of beds for a large gathering and lots of room for shared meals and games in the family area. Great location on Whidbey Island, close to Coupeville.

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful place to stay during a visit to beautiful Whidbey Island! My husband and daughter and I came to enjoy a visit with my son who is stationed on the island. The house was perfect! The view from the back deck was amazing and the house was just as described. The welcome basket was a sweet treat. Check in was a breeze and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Great place!

Beautiful and comfortable home with beautiful views!

We loved this house and it's location. We were 5 adults, very comfortable, close to everything we wanted to see and to restaurants. Magnificent views of Puget Sound and surroundings, especially from master bedroom and living room. Well- appointed home, very clean. Contact person replied immediately to our one inquiry.

Easy escape to a view that is great

After an unexpectedly tough week in the city, we decided to treat ourselves to some RnR on the islands. Found this at the last minute and loved it. Had a long discussion on whether or not it was our new favorite or second. Beautiful view, great amenities, found everything we needed to cook our meals.

Beautiful views and very clean and spacious interior.

We loved the inside of the house. Perfect for our getaway. As a Navy vet myself we absolutely loved the Navy fighter jets flying over. Watched them all evening. The Naval Air station is also a beautiful base. Close to ferry to go to Port Townsend. Cute downtown Coupville with the history of Practical Magic being filmed there. We also loved Port Townsend! Don’t forget to check that town out. So much to see and do around here that you could easily stay for a week or two or more!!!! Coming back to this area next year already.

Beautiful View

Missing blind in bathroom downstairs and bedroom downstairs. Range cooktop glass is cracked. We did not like the two steps down into the bathroom upstairs. We left the light on in bathroom for safety. A suggestion for the upstairs hallway step down should have a different color on the edge to prevent falls. My wife fell once stepping down into the bathroom. Luckily she did not get hurt. However, we had a good time and it was a very nice place with a beautiful view. Thank you.
