- The back deck alone is approximately 70 feet wide by 20 feet deep, approximately 1,400 square feet! Get a tan in peace while the kids play catch!
- Your own private, flat concrete staircase down to the sand.

From the driveway, the double gates take you through the enclosed front yard, up the stairs to the deck and the main entrance. Once inside, the half-stairs are to your right, presenting the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- $300 Security Hold is Required, refundable given no damages 2 days after check-out
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No pets
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 1 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
