Really great property. Excellent amenities and perfect location. Close enough to Broadway to walk, but also far enough away to not be in the thick of the craziness. The only challenge we experienced was finding the place initially. The property is on a main street, but getting to the garage area was very confusing because there are two different dead end looking streets where there are private paths you need to take. Having an actual map with the check in email would have been very helpful to avoiding this initial issue. But other than that, the place was awesome and we had a great time.

The unit was great. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. It was nice that there were towels for the hot tub, but there could have been more kitchen, hand and bath towels.Two issues during our stay: The dishwasher was not working properly and we were unable to get all of the jets in the hot tub to come on.We brought some supplies with us after reading reviews; i.e.; hand soap, tissues, paper towels, all purpose cleaner, and garbage bags. As it turned out, we did need all of those things.The garage parking was also very nice to have access to. The unit was in a great location. Walkable to Broadway and we loved being in the Gulch. Great restaurant choices and shopping. If you stay here, check out the Station and Rudi’s, both fun music venues.

Great home clean …3 issues…Internet went out while there and we we were on a work trip needing internet…batteries on door locks went out and we couldn’t access the home …made us late for a very important meeting..,3rd problem is…it is a great location but directions are not very good to get to door…no parking at front needs better directions to get to the garage in the rear..! Took us 30 minutes to figure out how to access home…But overall beautiful home everything clean…we own 9 VRBO’s and those things are the most important for business travelers…

Loved our stay/ house was beautifully decorated , very clean and beds were quite comfortable. The host company were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The hot tub was clean and ready for use when we arrived and good night stay offered a service that allowed us to stock the fridge with our essentials and beverages. Everything was extremely smooth and good communication was great!

This is a great property. Very close to the Gulch and 12 South. Ubers were very easy to use for trips to Broadway. The property was perfect for our party with 3 couples. Lots of room and pretty kitchen and living area. Would recommend!

Rental was very clean. Loved that it had a garage and the location was excellent! Only challenge was hot tub didn't get very hot, but we only tried using it one night so it was fine. I'd recommend this property for couples or families needing multiple rooms. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.

This rental was ideal for our larger group of seven with plenty of space to sleep and hang out . It was within walking distance or short Uber rides to everywhere we wanted to go; Local coffee shops, the grocery store, shopping and music row. Arrival was a bit tricky as the drop off point and entry to the property are directly off the main road. There is a back entrance to the home just be mindful that you have the garage code or you will still have to walk around to the front of the building luggage in tow. It is difficult at best to see the house numbers from the street, so knowing where to be dropped off is also a challenge. The home was very clean and tidy, they did provide hotel style /size hygiene necessities and toilet paper but lacked basic supplies like hand soap in any of the bathrooms. So just come prepared, especially if you have an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with needed tools for cooking, utensils, pots/pans, dishes but you will not find extras such as spices, oils, condiments etc. so be sure to grab these based on your personal meal planning. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub amazing, although lighting on the porch was limited to a single sconce at the door so evening activities are limited on the porch but during the day use of the grill and patio seating area are a great option. Overall this worked for us and would recommend for a stay but just a bit disappointed with the host’s effort based on the home’s price point.

Great vacation

This place is perfect for a group of 8 adults. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully equipped and location was perfect for a walk or fun scooter ride pretty much anywhere.
