It was close to the things we went to see. Quiet area. Well kept. The only trouble was the big floor mat kept moving when we sat on the lounge and became a tripping hazard for us as we’re all older.

Privacy was an issue with a number of disturbances throughout my stay. Communication with property managers wasn’t ideal and could be improved.

Quiet location, great for the dog, secure parking

The unit is located in a quiet area of South Bundaberg and has a great secure back yard for the dog. I requested that our dog be allowed to sleep inside which wasn't a problem (with an extra fee for cleaning). The secure garage parking was fabulous and I had no problems parking a Subaru Outback with plenty of room to get in/out of the car, as well as the tail gate opening when the garage door was down. The only issue (which really didn't affect us, but could have), was that if a vehicle is in Unit 2's visitor spot, it can impact getting in and out of the garage. I did have a bit of an issue with only being allowed 1 towel each person, considering we were staying 6 nights. The towels we were given were quite poor quality and had stains on them. I had to wash them twice during our stay. For someone staying 1-3 nights, they get the same towel allowance. There was a serious concern during our stay, as I noted that someone had entered the premises while we were out, without prior notice or approval from us. I contacted the owner regarding my concerns and was told that there was a communication issue with the cleaner. The unit appears very clean and tidy, and overall is, but when you really start looking, the windows and doors are really filthy, the back patio pavement hasn't been washed at all, which didn't make it attractive to want to go outside. I would more than likely stay here again because of it's convenience, dog friendly and quiet surrounds.

Great Stay

The house was in fantastic condition and in a great location. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we could need. It was pet friendly and was very safe for our dogs. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would definitely return!

Comfortable and modern

Gorgeous place with only a short drive to everywhere! Check in was super easy and communication was great. Would definitely recommend getting the hampers also! Wonderful stay, with everything we needed.
