Family vacation

This is the perfect house and layout for a family vacation. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of beds for a family to stay. The amenities fit our family needs and we would definetly stay again!

Everything was great. If your here with a big family make sure you go buy extra essentials bc it didn't accommodate for the long stays. Wish there were more lights by the pool area for night time swims.

The place was beautiful, but we had a few issues, internet was very unstable, hard to watch tv or have video chats, paid for 4 days of heat and got 2 days. The pool was very small. Location was close to the water slides

My family enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and ready on arrival & everything was just as advertised in the rental details. Please take note that washcloths & pool towels aren’t included. The lights in the 2 group bedrooms weren’t working & we couldn’t get the tv in the master on the main level to work. However the stay was great & we loved the home. We will be back for a future vacation!

Awesome property and amenities

This house was great. Super clean, modern, great location, access to Champions Gate resort style recreation areas, clear communications. Really, we do not have anything bad to say about this rental. Even the TV was loaded with active apps to keep us entertained after the kids went down. The only hiccup we encountered was the AC wasn't performing well when we arrived but with a quick text, they had someone out asap and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends. We may go back to it again!

Great place

Great place, family enjoyed the home, only minuses was the glassware was greasy in the cabinet. I know that the signage in the unit stated that they were not sanitized but greasy? Another thing, was the bedding in master was thin and not comfortable to sleep on with mattress cover being used. It sounded like snap, crackle, and pop all night in my ears. Other than that the unit was wonderful and we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Great way to celebrate a birthday in Orlando

Overall, my stay there was amazing. The listing was even better than the pictures and everything was very clean. The only issue I had was communicating with the organization who is in control of the rentals and stuff, the customer service was not the best, some of the representatives were very rude while some were very helpful and kind. They did charge me some things that were not listed in the contract and when I spoke to someone they quickly refunded it. Some items were broken but I reported it as soon as I got there to ensure no ill charge.

Hectic check-in due to communication. not enough toiletries, nakins for 12 ppl for 6 days

Upon our arrival, i was notified that the unit was ready for early check-in as a courtesy. WONDERFUL. We quickly headed that way but were unable to get the the main gates of the community because they failed to enter our names in the system. After several attemts to call, text message and email, we got nowhere. The security had to call in to speed up that process. Finally, after squaring that away, we were allowed to be let in the community to find our unit. Once we got there, we realized we had no code to get in through the doors. Again, we wnt through calling, texting emailing. Finally, after going tlthrough the required checkin process AGAIN, we were given the code. Unit was clean and furnished well. However, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of napkins and 1 trash bag. Considering we were a family of 12 , we quickly went through that in 1 day. We went ahead and purchased our own for the duration of the stay (6 days)assuming it would take forever for someone to respond and get back to us. Checkout was easy. But, we were recently charged a fee for a "stained" shower towel. I could understand if maybe something was damaged like furniture or broked but considering that towels are essentially consumables, it was a little ridiculous to have been charged. Please note that this unit will require extra fees to be able to use the private swimming pool and bbq which is part of their advertising description. We opted out of the $80/day fee.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, a lot of things mentioned here are incorrect - There is no extra fee to use the pool However if you want to warm the pool and rent a pool heater for $40 a day. So there is no 80 fee and pool itself is included in the reservation. It is mentioned in the rental agreement that you signed and in the House Rules here, that we only provide initial set up of amenities 1 toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each can, 1 set of bath and kitchen washing products- wish you had read this or asked us, so we would not have received such low ratings when the unit was perfectly cleaned, well furnished. The things you have stated is actually a wrong feedback so it would be appreciated if you can take it down so my guests are not felt being misled.
