Ce spacieux condo de 1600 pieds carrĂ©s rĂ©novĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ© offre une vue imprenable sur le canal principal. Il est livrĂ© avec un bordereau de 12x30 'que nos clients peuvent utiliser lors de leur visite. Il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de 12 terrains de golf, d’un parc aquatique (Margaritaville) et Ă  seulement 10 minutes du centre commercial Osage Beach Outlet.

À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez 3 chambres chacune avec une salle de bain privĂ©e et l'accĂšs Ă  une terrasse privĂ©e. 2 chambres ont des lits king et la 3Ăšme chambre a 1 ensemble de lits superposĂ©s et un lit queen size.

Chacune des chambres dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec un nouveau lecteur blue-ray. Le salon dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 42 pouces, d'un haut-parleur Bluetooth et d'un magnifique foyer en pierre. La chambre principale a une nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision 55 "4K Smart TV. La 3Ăšme chambre a un tout nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent 4K 65 "(parfait pour les jeux!). La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des casseroles, poĂȘles, plats et couteaux. Le condo comprend une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. La salle de bain principale a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Le condo est l'unitĂ© supĂ©rieure avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, mais seulement 14 marches Ă  la porte d'entrĂ©e du parking.

Great home in the Ozarks!

We were in town for the softball World Series at Ballpark National and this was the perfect stay! Home was just as described. Sean was very responsive with questions, friendly and clean. Would definitely book again!

Everything was very nice! One comment we would like to make is the deck was not clean. The furniture had a lot of webs and spiders. Communication was fantastic with the owners! The pool is very nice!

Very Nice Condo

Very well maintained property with plentiful amenities. Our teens loved the indoor/outdoor pool area which was a big plus for a rainy holiday weekend! The hosts were very organized and great communicators. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We have stayed at this property numerous times because we like it so much. The view is wonderful, the condo is spacious and updated, and Sean and Susan are excellent to work with.

Holiday 2025

Perfect set up for my kids and me. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, cold AC and a great view of the lake. The pool was nice too. A Good time was had by all. Owner promptly answered texts and questions. Very nice. Couldn’t find the guest book to sign in and leave a thank you to Sean and Susan.

Perfect for family of 7

The condo was so nice and perfect for our family of 7! It was very spacious and we didn’t feel like we were in each others way at all. There were plenty of games for all ages as well as books, movies and puzzles! The view of the lake is beautiful and perfect to enjoy with some coffee in the mornings!

Great Stay

We were there for 5 nights, had a great time. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen, great views. Close to everything that we wanted to do, but away from the crowds. Lots to do at the resort, didn't even get to do everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

The property was plenty big enough for three couples, and was outfitted with everything we could need. Great property and the hosts were very detailed with arrival and departure information as well as a booklet of information about the area and the condo itself! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo

Probably the best condo we have stayed at at the lake. This 3 bed 3 bath was perfect for our family. Clean, very well stocked kitchen, nice decor, great main channel view. The knolls resort is a great place with lots of amenities.

The instant we saw the views, the care that had gone into the unit, we were hooked. We looked at a few other condominiums in the area, but the amenities at the Knolls can't be beat.

The Knolls is a well established, well run resort condominium. It is centrally located at mile marker 22 in Osage Beach. Our unit has unobstructed views of the Main Channel - it just can't be beat!
