Ready for a family getaway? A couples' retreat? Maybe a new remote working location? Then this condo is the perfect place for you!

You'll appreciate the pool and lake views from the condo whether you're enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning on the porch/balcony, working remotely from the workstation, socializing with friends, or having a relaxing dinner in the evenings. The views and location of this condo are perfect for any situation whether the kids are playing in the pool or you're heading out on the lake with your boat (boat slip available for rent). This condo will help you get in the right frame of mind to just relax!

Why is this condo the perfect place for you? To start with, the pool is not even 10 steps away from the porch!Our condo is conveniently located near mile marker 11 and ONLY 1/2 mile away from the Shawnee Bend Access Boat Ramp.

High-speed, fiber internet is a must and this condo has it, along with flat-screen TVs in every room (two with cable). Set up your laptop in the "business center" complete with a flat screen monitor, wireless and mobile device printer, printer paper, pens, stapler, etc...and a bonus view of the lake while you work.

This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed, and twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. An inflatable, double-size bed is also available should you have extra guests. Extremely soft, new bed linens make for a comfortable night's sleep so you're ready for the day ahead.

When you arrive you'll see the condo is located on the 1st level (ground level to the lake) with an elevator just outside the entrance door to the condo.

PLEASE NOTE: An external surveillance camera in mounted in the upper corner of the deck/porch to monitor the exterior of the condo for large gatherings and disturbances. This provides visibility to the pool area, sidewalk next to the deck, and part of the deck area itself. Please know that we respect your privacy and there are no other cameras.

With a great location on the "quiet" side of the lake, nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and bars include:
* Wood's grocery store & fuel (8 mins by car)
* Lake House 13 (8 mins by car/5 mins by water)
* Franky & Louie's (10 mins by car or water)
* Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar (5 min by car)
* Papa Chubby's Food & Booze, Captain Ron's Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom Resort, Branding Iron, and Tavern at Trails End (all are 10 to 15 minutes away by car).

This is a fantastic and beautiful place to stay. The condo is in a great location, it’s clean, and it has a lot of amenities. It’s very close to the pool and only a short walk to the boat docks. The host answers questions quickly and is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, condo was clean and comfortable. Nice pool, nice cove for boating. A little tight on parking but it was the Fourth of July weekend.

It was great!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Dwight was very friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was very responsive. We enjoyed the pool right outside the condo’s doors and was very clean with very nice lounge chairs and tables. We had a great time!

Family Friendly vacation spot

We enjoyed staying here! The pool was right outside the door, which the kids loved. Even though the pool at the condo is in close proximity, pool goers were quiet and observed the quiet hours during the night time. The beds are very comfy. My family consists of my husband and I, and our 10, 15, 18, 21, and 23 year old kids. We had a lot of fun at the lake of the ozarks, and we also had a lot of fun at the condo! We packed our own board games and card games and video games, and had some great family time. Thank you to the owners—it was wonderful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at the Lake. The hosts were so easy to work with and checked in several times to make sure we were doing ok. The proximity to the pool was AMAZING! Also it was a short drive to get to anywhere in town. We were able to do a lot of exploring. The condo was nice and clean and decorated very cute for the lake! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake of the Ozarks Condo

This condo was exactly as described. It is in a great location on the Lake. Close to Bikini Pier where you can rent a boat. The condo is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed setting on the deck at night and looking out over the pool and the water. The pool is only a few steps away from the Condo and is heated. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Contact with the owners was easy and they are very nice to talk to. We did not have any problems but if we did, the owners were just a call away.

We love it here!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was clean with an open concept, and the owners did a great job with all the accommodations. The best part was the proximity to the pool. You are literally steps away, which made it so easy to just go for a swim! We (especially the kids) loved this!! The beds and couches were comfortable and clean. The showers were super clean too. There is even a clean jetted tub in the master bedroom. The deck is big and nice to hang out on, and they have a green space next to the pool where you can use their corn hole set! We were able to find some great pockets to fish in too. We had an incredible time. The owners were just a text or phone call away for anything we needed. Thanks for the thoughtful details, we will be back!

Our passion for boating and our love of the lake has kept us coming back throughout the years. Dwight's love of the lake started when he was only two years old and his family stayed in a cozy resort cabin. He fondly recalls learning how to ski behind his dad's 19' Glastron ski boat when he was only five years old.

We love the awesome views and once we saw the pool right outside our door, we were hooked. We enjoy spending time in the pool or just lounging next to it. We especially love that we can look out over the lake while we're enjoying the pool or sitting on our patio.
