This was a great property. Right on one of the squares and everything was very walkable. It really is a bare bones kitchen situation so don't expect to cook anything. Would have been nice to have a beach blanket or towels provided for a day trip to Tybee Island or for hanging out on the lawn at Forsyth Park. Having a parking space saved a lot of money so that was a bonus but they are not lying when they say the space is tight so rent a small car! Beds were very comfortable. I would stay again.

It sounds like you made the most of the location and got to enjoy plenty of Savannah while you were here! We’re happy the beds were comfortable and that having a dedicated parking space was a nice bonus. Excellent property right in the northern historic district. Close to everything we needed - Grayson Stadium, River Street shops and restaurants. Very quiet location. Beautiful 1st floor apartment with so much historic charm but not in an old gross way. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Comfortable beds, adequate living room space for a family of 4, very large kitchen. The only downside was the pool that was offered. I texted the number to get the pool code and did not receive it for over 30 minutes. My family enjoyed time on the beach so we ended up not going to the pool. I don't even know where you would park and the pool is tight off an alleyway and had a lot of bushes and trees close by so that was a downside compared to what the listing shows. It is not convenient to get to.

Wonderful location and beautiful space

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the sights as well as restaurants. It is also located just off one of Savannah's beautiful squares.

Downtown Dream

This apartment is perfect for a family trip to explore downtown Savannah! Everyone in my family was happy with the booking. The furniture and architecture were a huge standout and a truly great addition to the perfect location, walking distance from downtown. Highly recommended to stay here!

Large comfortable beds and comfy couch. Kitchen had a large round table nice for groups to play games or share a meal. Coffee supplied which is critical for my sister and I. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the Riverwalk.

We truly appreciated the great location and the parking in back. We walked all around the area from the place and made a couple trips out of town too. Nicely furnished unit reflecting Savannah style.
