We had a great stay! Property is exactly how it’s listed. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Highly recommend for the price. We also had a small hiccup due to a hurricane and iTrips was so easy to communicate with.

The place was just as described. Communication was excellent . The view was great. We have stayed at Palm Beach Resort before and will again.

We were so happy with this property and would definitely book again!! The beds were comfortable (though I’d suggest bringing your own pillow if you don’t like them firm), the furniture was nice looking and quality, and it had most of what we needed. I did miss little touches that you get with individually managed properties such as coffee, throw blankets, etc. But we were able to get everything we needed near by. The communication with the host was great leading up to and during our stay. The beach was BEAUTIFUL!! And I highly recommend the cafe across the street :)

Beautiful place to stay! There was mostly communication with the host via internet we talked to non one. One issue with parking finally got an orange notice on the car and they had a number to call, I actually spoke to a person who was very understanding. The Beach view was fabulous, balcony was great, we would highly recommend the condo. Just don’t use the sofa bed, not comfortable.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was a perfect place to enjoy the waters of the Gulf. The view was great from our room. The facility was in very nice shape. It was very comfortable. Being across from the state park was a big plus for us to ride bikes. We will be returning.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The views were great! We would stay here again. The fees were astronomical, but that’s par for the course these days.

Room was outstanding. View was great. Furniture update would be nice but did not take away from the overall experience. Room had minimal lighting with low wattage fixtures that kept spaces darker than what would have been nice, especially in the dining area. There was a balcony light that did not work; maybe this was on purpose for sea turtle protection. Parking was frustrating. We had a 3 bedroom unit; with 3 separate couples that came from 3 different locations; and we were only allowed 2 parking slots. Neither the onsite folks or the service number operators could resolve the issue. Had to park in an off site location and get picked up to avoid getting ticketed. Other than that, location was great and room was perfect for a weekend on the beach. Despite the issues, we plan on returning.

I loved arriving and the condo was exactly as described!!! This spacious condo was perfect for our family which consisted of grandpa, mom and dad, and 2 teens. The location was absolutely perfect as we could see both the pool and the ocean. A quick walk took us to either of these locations. The condo was a short drive to souvenir shops and lots of dining options. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and new! Contact with the host was smooth and quick! We would stay here again without hesitation!
