Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Perfect family location

This was a great spot for our family of 6 including our adult daughter, a teenager, a tween and a kindergartner. Everyone enjoyed it, close to amenities and fabulous to just walk out on the beach each day!

Very Nice!

It was a great room for our party of 7. Beds were very comfortable and having 3 full baths was a plus! Easy access to the beach since it was a ground floor unit. Patio area was spacious as well. Overall, great unit!

Great condo

This place was awesome, Zero issues! Clean and very roomy with 2 master suites. Access to the beach was great. Highly recommend and will go back!

Definitely staying here again!

Great girls trip thanks to Great accommodations. The rental was exactly as we pictured it. It is located on the beginning of the orange beach strip so a little less busy but close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again.

Quiet and perfect location

The condo was lovely and spacious. Door code didn’t work upon check-in but when we called they immediately gave us another one and it worked. Maintenance came right away to change a light bulb and unclog a tub drain. Only issue was one of the bedroom windows was right by the building’s entrance, allowing us to hear people talking when they walked by at night when trying to sleep, and the exterior light coming in that window was quite bright. Sliding glass door in master did not lock-didn’t realize that until we went to leave as we never used that door. Reported it upon check-out so not sure if it was repaired. Would definitely stay here again as the location was great, not crowded, and beach access was perfect. Security was visible on the grounds at night which made us group of 8 ladies feel safe.

By far, worst condo we’ve stayed at

And it all had to do with the condo and management team. Upon arriving, we opened the door to compressors, blowers, and dehumidifiers LOUDLY running in the hall, half bath, and kitchen areas and master bedroom and bath. I checked my email and sure enough, I received, an hour and a half AFTER check in time, an EMAIL, (not a phone call) was made TELLING us to keep the machines running until the 3rd day of our trip! We’re only here for 4 days! I called the management company and the girl was less than concerned, told me it was a maintenance issue and that someone would call me. Never got one call. No apology, no concern, no refund offered (of course), and no recourse. So we tripped over cords and jumped and straddled the machines as best we could for 3 days of our 4 day vacation for which we paid more than $2400. And we’re supposed to somehow sleep through the 8 machines running? Unacceptable. And there’s more— The property must be having issues with leaking pipes because the patio floor mostly stayed wet and there were puddles. There was no rain. There was also a leak from above because items on the table were soaked and some even had rusty water marks on them and it was not from morning dew. Items on tables and chairs were soaked. New beach towels now with rust spots, ruined. Unclean bathrooms with hair and dust, mattresses with dips supported by phone books under the bed, poor drainage in tub, unusable half bath because blower left in there, parking app had other cars listed
