Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the décor and spaciousness of the home, though we’re sorry your stay included some frustrations. Upon your arrival, you reported a kitchen leak and contacted us twice within a short period. While our team was assisting other guests at the time, we responded as quickly as possible and resolved the issue shortly thereafter. Regarding the refrigerator, it was functioning properly; however, when a refrigerator is held open for an extended period while loading, it can take some time to return to temperature. As you later confirmed during your stay, it did cool and operate as expected. We do want to acknowledge that the hot tub was no longer available at the time of your stay due to a mechanical issue. While we had removed the photos, the description had not yet been updated, and we apologize for that oversight. As a partial offset, we installed air conditioning units in the home prior to your arrival. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will continue working to ensure a smooth and accurately represented experience for future guests.
