Separate entrance, cozy & bright room on main floor of a new house located in convenient location for transportation, food, and sports. Bus stops at corner (156 & 152) to Lougheed Mall, Braid Station, and Coquitlam Center, 3-minute walk to Farm Market and Café, 10 minute walk to Mundy Park, 5 minute drive to Sport & Leisure Complex, and 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Starbucks Coffee.

James and June were the best hosts! I forgot my laptop and blanket in the room & i couldnt afford to pay more money to uber or cab all the way back before my flight so they helped me! They didnt have to but they did it and I appreciated it so much. Thanks again for the stay! Love you both

The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure in a beautiful, well-maintained neighborhood. Host left clearly written instructions, and the room was well-stocked with various essentials. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again!

the place is old and has a weird smell. the bathroom is right at the entrance, and the sink is so shallow that water splashes out when you wash your face , brush your teeth. The mattress is way too firmhowever, the shower works fine, and it's a quiet environment .

Very comfortable and cute room! Super close to bus and transportation making it only an hour to get downtown Vancouver which was perfect! Would definitely recommend for an affordable place and safe place to stay!

Great place!

This place was cozy for sure. It was very comfortable and clean and James was very helpful with communicating everything that we needed to know. We are first time users of this platform and we’re very impressed with the accommodations.

Very clean room and property with all essential amenities and even non-essential. However, the entry and exit to this room is annoying and potentially unsafe. The lock beeps multiple times every time you enter or exit. The entry is into a bathroom that also acts as a bit of an airlock where one door must be closed before the other can be opened. Therefore, a speedy exit in an emergency could be challenging.

Great Host

James is a wonderful host, always there to greet with A smile and a reserve spot on the street. Looks after the blinds outside when it gets a little warm air conditioning is always on when needed. There's a fan in the room. Perfect little spot if you're staying in Coquitlam or on a business

James' place is perfect! It was very clean and even more spacious than we expected. The mini fridge was quite large, and we made use of the microwave too. The house is in a very nice area and we always felt safe leaving our car parked out front on the street. James went above and beyond and sourced a steamer and iron for us. Overall, it was extremely well priced for the value we got from the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Vancouver :)

Quiet cozy room in Greater Vancouver

Clean, bright and quiet despite being next to a busier street. Sheets and bed were comfortable. It was nice having the big window that looked out onto back of property. Hosts are kind and respectful. Room is a good size and feels spacious yet cozy at the same time thanks to the high ceilings. Ample closet for shoes and clothing. Nice to have the fridge for storing left overs from meals. Only 5 minute drive from the HWY 1 and HWY 7. Good value for the price.

Our get away weekend

We are extremely happy with all of the above especially the area, as we were there for our grandsons’s hockey tournament. Minutes away from Planet Ice Rink Very impressed with James welcome when we arrived and, showing us how to work everything in the room. So cozy for us grandparents.Thank you James ( emote)

We had an excellent stay. Very quiet suite. Good size room for the price as well. Has a TV and was able to access something to watch. The appliance are okay. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay. You have a private entry and the entire place to yourself. My only concern was the parking but even though I had to park on a busy street it was ok. I would absolutely come back.
