Grab the board and hit the waves or bring your bikes and enjoy the coastal views along the Encounter bikeway which travels from Goolwa to Victor Harbour. You may even see a whale or two along the way.

Its sure to say, fond memories with family and friends will be made during your stay at this striking beachside holiday home.

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

Features Include:

* Upstairs expansive open plan living with raked ceilings and conservatory style dining area.

* Hamptons inspired kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar.

* Light filled with sea views through large picture windows and split R/C A/C.

* South-facing balcony ideal for entertaining in the warmer months to the sound of waves breaking

*Valuable ‘winter’ deck on the northern side of the property for the cooler months.

* Downstairs, this property sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms.

* Master with king size bed, fully tiled ensuite and direct access to the rear garden. Second bedroom with king size bed and split R/C A/C, third bedroom with queen bed and fourth bedroom with two (2) sets of bunk beds.

* Ceiling fans to three bedrooms.

* Family size bathroom with corner vanity, bath and shower plus separate toilet.

* Laundry with front load washing machine and dryer

* Undercover verandah with table and chairs, and established lawns

* BBQ

* Games room with table tennis

* Outdoor shower with hot and cold water

* Ample off-street parking with a paved double width driveway.

* Pet Friendly OUTSIDE only.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Great location and family space
Great location that kept everyone entertained with different activities. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to sit back and enjoy our time together.

Family Get Away
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all felt the house was fantastic with one exception - there was no bathroom/toilet upstairs which was a little inconvenient. Upset with the lack of communication from the managing agent when we were in need. There was no information provided before the trip on how to obtain entry and after many attempts to contact the agent on route on our first day, were instructed to drive some 15 km past the property to pick up a key at a local business. Furthermore, a refund of the deposit was promised between 7 to 14 days, but to date, (15 days), nothing has been refunded. In all, a great house and location but the way the house was managed was very disappointing.
