Stylish, modern, self-contained guest suite on the main floor of a house with a separate entrance. Free driveway parking for 2 cars. Private guest patio in a safe, beautiful neighborhood in Aurora.
Almost 300 square foot of livable space only for guests (no shared space) plus 100 square foot of outside private patio.
Well appointed bachelor suite with modern bathroom and kitchenette: microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, portable electric stove, and counter-height fridge w/ freezer. Netflix, smart TV channels, free WiFi are provided.
Suitable for travelers, business executives, families with a young child, newcomers, individuals in renovations or in between home sales.

Beautiful quiet stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend, it’s in a beautiful and quiet area. The home is just perfect size with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and our host was very welcoming and offered many suggestions for places to eat and explore. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect study getaway

This place was wonderfully quiet - which is just what I needed. It was close enough to the center of Toronto to be convenient when I needed to get into it. I'd recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet retreat with easy access to the action.

Perfect Find!

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. This is a very clean, modern, and cozy place to be while being a tourist in Toronto. The drive to and from the city was a very quick 40 minutes. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you for making us feel very welcome!

Fantastic Stay- exceeded expectations!

This was my first time booking on Vrbo and I had an amazing experience. Quiet neighborhood, convenient parking and easy access to the suite. The suite is stylish, very clean, organized, and comfortable. Made with a lot of love and an eye for details. Everything is well thought through from the bathroom to bedroom to kitchen. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Lily was a very attentive host. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area. I would definitely recommend it to other guests. Great value and great location.

Great first experience

Upon arrival, our host greeted us making sure we were all good and offered help if needed. Place well decorated, cozy and clean. Reflected what was publicized. Coffee capsules appreciated and we noticed that necessaries were at our disposal. Only suggestion would probably be to have a fan for it was a bit warm. Fortunately we had our own so we were able to manage. Everything else was confortable and perfect. Thank you. It made our first stay a RĂ©al success.

Our guest suite is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood in Aurora. It is close to parks, bakeries, restaurants and stores. Within 10-15 of drive you can find conservation areas, wineries, cafes, farmers' markets and much more.

We built out brand new guest suite with care and attention to details to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We provide well-designed and stylish suite that gives esthetic pleasure to our guests. Comfortable mattress, high quality cotton linen and blackout curtains will make you get the rest you need at night.
The kitchenette is functional with all necessities for a short stay including plates, pots, cutlery, coffee makers, tea pot, electric stove, microwave, counter-hight fridge with freezer, coffee and tea options, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil for cooking.
You have access to a beautiful patio just for guests in front of the suite where you can read a book, enjoy your morning coffee with birds singing in the background.
