Unbelievable place! Updated beautifully, nice neighborhood and the location is the best. Right down the street from shopping and restaurants. Ned’s are super comfortable. Great experience!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult son & his girlfriend recently for a week. We were in town for our other son’s wedding. He and his bride live nearby. So, first, this home was a fabulous location for our stay. Plenty of on street parking. Quiet neighborhood. The house itself is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The owner has given lots of thought to ensure the comfort of the guests. This truly felt like a home away from home. We, hopefully, will gladly stay here again.

Hands down the best stay I’ve had

Mr. Wren was the most hospitable host with a home that was welcoming clean smelled amazing in a great location with amazing neighbors. We were in town for my daughter‘s first travel basketball tournament and I had to call Mr. Wren because some of the other players did not have access to a washing machine to wash their jerseys and he simply said take care of those girls. Other parents that stayed in other homes had also asked their host if they were able to wash other people’s clothes or have their mom’s drop off their uniforms and they were told no by far this is probably the fifth time I’ve ever stayed in a home away from my home for any reason and this host was so welcoming and so nice and the home was so pretty in the perfect spot. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful home! Very clean and extremely well stocked. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus! Several restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great location! Our little pooch loved the fenced back yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. Host was fantastic, quick to respond, provided clear instructions, etc. House had everything you needed. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Great location!

This home worked out great for our stay. It's close to some cool restaurants and access to downtown is quick and easy. The house was just as described and was well furnished. We really appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Louisville!

In town for the Achiever Fest -- this was a great location. The house is well appointed, clean, historic, and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, but with lots of restaurats and shops nearby. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Louisville.

Great property and location!

This home was perfect for our extended spring break weekend trip! The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The home and neighborhood were both super charming and close to everything. Home was well stocked with anything you may need or possibly foegot! We were able to safely walk to several great restaurants in the area.

Great Remodeled Old House

We stayed here for a few nights to visit our daughter. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and bars. The house is an older historic type home with lots of stairs, but redone beautifully. The manager has left everything there for visitors use you could possibly need. We loved our stay!

Great neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants. There was only street Parking but we never had an issue finding a spot right in front of the house. Short drive to Expo center. Would stay here again.

Highlands for The Derby

Our group was delighted to stay at well equipped and well maintained Highlands for Derby 2022. Great location to restaurants and short driving distance to Churchill Downs. Would definitely rent again.
