Nice spaces for gathering. Too bad it was windy and rainy for most of our stay so we weren't able to use the outdoor spaces for the most part. Several of my brothers were able to use the bikes the first couple of days which was nice.Nice walk to the beach. All of us are 70 or older so packing suitcases up and down the stairs was a little challenging.Host was very accessible, responsive.

Perfect for multiple Families

The property was perfect for our group! With access to two homes everyone had the space that they needed. We really enjoyed the shared deck space in the middle of both houses for meals together. The backyard was perfect for the children! Loved this house and would stay again!

Wow, that was fun!

A great layout, and A/C units in each bedroom was a great feature. Nice to have a second complete bedroom/kitchen/living room seperate from the main house.

Wonderful property

Nice 4 bedroom complex for 8 of us. Chairs, umbrellas and bikes to use if you want. Fire pit and big backyard was a great addition. Not far from Cooks Brook beach and our favorite restaurant, Arnold’s. Wi-Fi and smart tv a plus!

Great Spot For Multigenerational Family Trip

Beautiful house with lots of space to spread out. Good for togetherness but getting alone time as needed. We had fun at the fire pit, used the bikes in the garage, ate dinners on the deck and had access to all the good stuff. Street was pretty quiet too. Highly recommend.

Last Minute Trip

Wonderful home with enough space for everyone including dogs. The home had everything we needed and the attention to detail was well received. There were a couple issues with the appliances but the staff responded quickly and were very kind. Note the fenced yard is not foolproof for little dogs. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our time there immensely.

Well equipped

The house was very well equipped. There were three separate living areas so each group had their own space and then come together in the kitchen and dining area. I would recommend adding shade over the outside dining area.

Excellent, but a few fixes needed for the price

Everything is fine except a few minor issues we found in the apartment above the garage. These will be easy to fix, and had the price been lower we wouldn't have worried. It’s was a very good experience overall and I recommend this company based on this one stay.

Nothing special

Based upon paying 1 k a night one would have expected cleaner furniture. Specifically, the sofa was stained beyond repair and smelled. The kitchen table was sticky to touch all over even after we tried to clean it several times. May want to just buy a new table. Lastly the amount of cameras on property was a bit much. Basically a camera pointing at you when you exit outdoor shower. Beds were nice.

Beautiful and spacious place!

This place was immaculate and nicely decorated for a beachy vibe. It has three private sleeping areas but with a great communal space in the kitchen, dining room, living room for everyone to gather. Great place!

Off season friends reunion

The house was thoughtfully decorated and spacious — perfect for three couples. We especially loved the deck with couch and dining table and easy access to the bike trails and nearby beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and Del Mar staff were welcoming and attentive! Eastham is a great location to many activities.
