Step into relaxation at the stunning Hummingbird Florida Villa! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect location for your next vacation. Located in The Retreat at Champions Gate Resort, there are countless amenities for you to discover. This gated community provides peace of mind and convenience, located just minutes away from local entertainment throughout Central Florida!

When stepping into Hummingbird Florida Villa, you'll be greeted by the spacious downstairs area which boasts a stunning open-floor plan. Whether you're looking to cook meals with the family or have a movie night together, there's ample seating for everyone's enjoyment. With two sliding glass doors to the pool area, you'll always be just steps away from your own private oasis. With an outdoor seating area for four and a pool fence ensuring the safety of everyone, a perfect poolside day is always right outside. Also located downstairs, you'll find a King bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Heading upstairs, there is a large game room loft with foosball, pool table, sand shuffleboard, and enough space for everyone in your family. Just to the left, you'll find the Master Ensuite, featuring a King bed and garden tub, standing shower, and double sinks. Also featured upstairs is an additional Ensuite with a three twin beds in a Frozen theme, as well as two twin bunk beds in a Star Wars themed room. The fifth bedroom has a king size bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Reviewer Comments: The process with Florida rentals was easy and convenient.. however the house was beautiful only complaint is we found the house to be a little more run down than previous homes we rented the spa never worked while we were there that was a disappointment for us we enjoyed the location but did not enjoy the traffic to get into the champion gate community..

Brilliant home and would recommend. Some very small and minor faults i.e. fridge light not working, only one tea spoon, couple of lights out but you manage this. Small patio table would have been helpful. Overall great.

Could have been better
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was beautiful but there were definitely problems. We arrived at the house to find the air conditioning was not working. We immediately called to report it and were told they would call us back about getting someone out to fix it. It was 8 pm so I knew the chances of someone coming out that night were slim but I at least expected a call back to let us know the plan, however that didn't happen. I had to call back several times just to get an answer. We were told they would come out at 10 the next morning. 8 am they showed up to fix the air. He got it up and running and left. Not even an hour later the air is out again. So once again I call and they say someone will be back out at some point. The house was too hot to stay in so we left for a few hours. No call again to give an update. I eventually call again and finally am told someone will be out at 3. They did get the air fixed but it was a huge headache. Some of the beds didn't have fitted sheets on them just a top sheet tucked in. Which if you are a tosser in your sleep, doesn't work out very well. The air hockey table only worked if it was positioned just right. The spa tub never heated the water. The people who work the gates and the pool house are extremely rude. Overall the experience could have been much better. Would not stay again.

Nice but needs TLC
This is a nice house, but… House needs paint on trim. Frozen room chandelier looks like it’s about to fall. The head from Elsa is missing on the wall. Pool table is really rough looking. Air filters are filthy. Add some glasses! Geez there were like only 6 and it sleeps 13! Just fix this place up a bit and it can be five stars.

There were many things broken, missing or hanging on by a thread. FSVH staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, but the home really needs some TLC. Overall we did not let this ruin or delay us from having family fun.

Good spot in championsgate
The property was nice, had alot of space and the gaming loft was a big hit with the kids. Close proximity to the clubhouse. Some minor wear on the appliances, but that's to be expected. Would stay again if in the area

It was okay… trying to access the house upon arrival was a little rough being that my original code did not work. The front door was loose and I felt that was unsafe. It locked but very loose.
