Cozy Studio Suite, close to golf & Conferdation trail

Enjoy a quiet relaxing evening in our cozy open concept suites. Have a BBQ or sit around the fire pit (these features are shared). A great way to relax after a busy day of exploring PEI or game of golf (2mins away) Enjoy a beautiful morning or evening stroll down the confederation trail, just a step away. Our suites are equipped with all necessities and are centrally located, just a quick 20 minute drive to Charlottetown and 18 minute drive to Montague. 25 minutes from the Northumberland Ferry. Avondale suites are two private individual open concept suites, perfect for a couple. The suites are located above our detached garage, so you will have to climb a set of 16 stairs to reach your suite. Each suite has a Queen bed, and a pull out trundle bed (loveseat sofa), it would be suitable for a small person or child. The parking, laundry, fire pit, BBQ, picnic table and yard space is shared between the two suites. If you are a foodie, beach lover, golf pro (or wanna be) PEI is the place for you! With in 25 minutes of the suite, you will find, great food, golf and beaches! We do have two small dogs, that rule our home and property, they will let you know they are here and welcome you with a bark and tail wag, and instantly love you, please use caution when driving in the lane. For your safety and ours, the property has camera surveillance. The mosquitos can be large and plentiful, if you plan on enjoying the outdoor area here, we highly recommend travelling with a Thermacell!

Beach, beach, beach!

Loved the 2 small dogs greeting us. The condo is closed to everything and it’s a very quiet place. We slept like babies! The host are lovely and very helpful.

Just lovely

I booked on short notice. I needed an extended stay location when my other rental became untenable This was perfect. It has everything one would need. From a quiet rural location to a fullt equipped kitchen with all amenities. The only thing I'd change is the height of the shower fixture, it barely hit the top of my head. It is a handheld, so there are options. Great communication from host in clearing up billing issues and for any other need should they arise.

Busy trip to watch our granddaughter play rugby. Accomaditions great. Host amazing. Everything you could possibly need was provided by owner. 5 minute walk to PE I walking trail. great tv reception. Bed comfortable. Cleaniness 110%. Kitchen had everything. 20 min from Charlottetown. 25 min to PEI Ferry.

You gotta stay here!

This was the absolute perfect place for us. Joe and Amanda were fantastic hosts. They epitomize the warm, friendly East Coast stereotype. The apartment was the perfect size, we cooked a bunch of our own meals (not all!), visited with Chewy & Ruger and even had good wifi! Being near the centre of the island but not in the city made this a great home base that we could venture out from and then retreat to at the end of a busy day of sightseeing and beaching! Can't wait to come back!!

We had a great time visiting PE, went to the show “Maggie” and it was a very emotional show, top notch. We ate at a couple of restaurants recommended by our host. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we drove around and visited lots of the small fishing communities along the coast. We stopped at a couple of veggie markets along the side of the roads. PE is BEAUTIFUL❀

Amazing Hosts and Suite!

The suite was spacious and had everything you'd need in a kitchen. Joe and Amanda are so kind and friendly. They greeted us upon arrival and were easy to contact via text with any questions we had. When Amanda found out that we were celebrating our 30th anniversary, she surprised us with a bouquet of flowers, a couple of cold beverages, and a celebratory note! They truly care about their guests having an excellent experience.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. The location wasn’t far from Charlottetown. The hosts have nicely decorated the place, have thought of every little detail and it was spotless! It was so peaceful. We do not golf but there is a golf course close by and that’s a huge bonus for golfers. Definitely bring bug spray. We had a Thermacell but because on the wind it didn’t help. Mosquitoes have been bad everywhere this year. I will certainly recommend this place to friends and family.

Endroit tranquille

J'ai préféré séjourner à ce loft qu'à l'hÎtel. Beaucoup d'espace, c'était neuf et Amanda nous a bien informée. Retourner aux IPE, c'est là qu'on retourne. Merci

Home away from home

What an adorable place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Impeccably clean, everything is new and the attention to detail for your stay is amazing. If you are looking for place to eat at home, go for a bike ride, GOLF - amazing golf courses all around you, PEI and Avondale Suites is the place for you. Amanda and Joe are fantastic hosts

Very peaceful, great hosts Amanda was excellent at giving us directions, pointed out great trails to walk the dog. Great hosts, accommodation were great, private, clean highly recommend this as place to stay in PEI close to Charollett for shopping n restaurants, close to singing beach, Cavendish. Can't wait to stay again.

I work in the Marine industry and my wife Amanda is an instructor at the Culinary Institute of Canada. Our son Zach and his wife Ana are our property managers. They live on the property, with their two small dogs, Corn (boy) Tia (girl). They are super lovable, they do not understand social distancing and they have no regard for personal space :) They are our babies and pretty much rule our home, driveway and yard! They will love you instantly and regard you as their new best friend! Potential for noise — The suites are located above our garage, it is possible that guests may hear the garage door open/close or perhaps a little noise from garage work. This would be minimal and only during daytime hours. We are in the country, it is possible that guests may hear tractors from nearby farms. Guests must climb stairs — There is a full flight of stairs to climb to get to the suites.

We have two suites in a country setting. Perfect for that weekend, week long or weekday getaway. We are less that 20 minutes from some of the nicest golf courses on PEI. Less than a minute from the confederation trail, where walking and biking is welcomed from April to October, and snowmobile enthusiasts can enjoy the trails from November to March.

We have a BBQ and firepit for our guests to enjoy, this is shared space for guests in both suites. We offer the use of a Washer & Dryer for those guests that book for 3 nights or longer. We are centrally located, less than a minute walk to the Confederation Trail and a short one minute drive to Avondale Golf Course. 13 minutes to Peakes Tee, 14 minutes to Coopers Food (& Beverage LCC) Market, 17 minutes to Belfast Highland Greens, 17 minutes to Stratford (Sobeys, Shoppers, Home Hardware, LCC), 17 Minutes to Montague (Sobeys, Pharmacy, Superstore, LCC), 18 minutes to Brudenell & Dundarave Golf Course, 20 minutes to Charlottetown, 25 Minutes to Northumberland Ferry, 30 minutes to Links at Crowbush, 55 minutes to Cavendish, 53 minutes to Basin Head, 70 minutes to the Confederation Bridge.
