Cozy Studio Suite, close to walking trail and golfing!!

Enjoy a quite relaxing evening in our cozy open concept suites. Have a BBQ or sit around the fire pit (these features are shared spaces with the two suites) A great way to relax after a busy day of exploring PEI or game of golf (2 mins away). Enjoy a beautiful morning or evening stroll down the confederation trail, just a step away. Our suites are equipped with all necessities and are centrally located, just a quick 20 minute drive to Charlottetown and 18 minutes drive to Montague, 25 minutes from the Northumberland Ferry. Avondale suites are two private individual open concept suites, perfect for a couple. The suites are located above our detached garage, so you will have to climb a set of 16 stairs to reach your suite. Each suite has a Queen bed, and a pull out trundle bed (loveseat sofa), it would be suitable for a small person or child. The parking, laundry, fire pit, BBQ, picnic table and yard space is shared between the two suites. If you are a foodie, beach lover, golf pro (or wanna be) PEI is the place for you! With in 25 minutes of the suite, you will find, great food, golf and beaches! We do have two small dogs, that rule our home and property, they will let you know they are here and welcome you with a bark and tail wag, and instantly love you, please use caution when driving in the yard. For your safety and ours, the property has camera surveillance. The mosquitos can be large and plentiful, if you plan on enjoying the outdoor area here, we highly recommend travelling with a Thermacell!
