This home is professionally cleaned and prepared before & after each guest.

** HOUSE RULES **
1. No parties, no smoking, no pets.
2. Guests are expected to take care of the home like their own and leave the cottage in the same condition (neat, tidy, no damage)
3. Maximum 4 bags of garbage. Recycling MUST be sorted as per Township By-Law. Disposal fee will be charged to you for additional bags of garbage left behind and/or extra cleaning if recycling not sorted.
4. Additional House Rules in Rental Agreement must be adhered to (please read and review full Rental Agreement provided to you)
