The unit has cable tv in the living room and complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a convertable sleeper sectional with mattress topper and linens available upon request! The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave, but no dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the first level for guests to access. This is a non-smoking condo.

There is an outdoor pool, wading pool and parking on the property. No grills or grilling allowed for fire safety. Private beach access located just behind the complex. Gated for added security and parking availability to accommodate 1 car. The unit is conveniently located near the building's elevator!
