Ocean Front Condo w / Pool - Dates disponibles en août

Magnifiquement entretenu condo en bord de mer de 2 chambres avec piscine et WIFI. L'unité est une unité au deuxiÚme étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage.

Le condo a deux lits queen, qui ont été remplacés le 15/09/15 par des matelas et sommiers Serta Perfect Sleeper. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. Il a une salle de bain complÚte et une demi-salle de bain dans la chambre principale. Les draps sont inclus.

Belle vue sur la plage depuis le salon, la chambre principale et le balcon. Il y a un accĂšs au balcon depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le balcon a des chaises et une table de hauteur bar.

Il y a une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une chaßne stéréo, ainsi qu'un assortiment de DVD, de livres et de jeux pour passer le temps si vous n'avez pas la chance d'avoir un jour de pluie.

Il y a une cuisine complÚte avec réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, cafetiÚre, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. Il y a aussi des chaises de plage, des flotteurs et d'autres jouets de plage / piscine pour votre usage.

Le condo a une douche extérieure pour nettoyer la plage. Il y a des laveuses / sécheuses dans le bùtiment. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

La propriété ne loue qu'à la semaine du samedi au samedi pendant l'été (6/17 / 17-8 / 26/17). Toute location avant le samedi 6/17 doit partir avant le samedi 6/17.

We loved it !!!! The balcony over looking the sand dunes and the beach was exactly what we needed after a long day on the beach!! The place was clean, the owner was very responsive when we reached out and we plan to rent this again!! Thank you for a relaxing wonderful experience!!!

Honest review. It’s a little dated but it has what you need if you are a person who goes to the beach. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. The pool was perfect for the rough days and everything else was good for us! Would stay again!

Had a great time

We booked from May 5 through the May 11 of 2025 and it was absolutely great. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was only less than a minute away lots of things around to do with your family very nice place to stay. And I would recommend my friends to stay and who knows we may be back. The condo was stocked above and beyond with everything you need.

Beautiful View of the Natural Dunes & Ocean

The property is of older construction, but fairly well maintained. The access was easy from the condo parking area. Stair access only, so if you're staying on 2nd or 3rd floors then you have stairs to manage. We stayed at Condo 2F and the owner Gregory communicated quickly and accurately. The pool on the property is of decent size and very clean. The pool loungers and chairs were in great condition. The beach access is closeby and just to the left of the building, so very easy access. We noticed a grilling area to the right of the building but we didn’t use it. Others were grilling away there, cooking their dinner. All stores and restaurants are a short drive away plus the boardwalk isn’t far either. The condo itself has been renovated a bit but also older construction and appliances. Everything was clean and in working order. The AC unit is a bit loud in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The balcony had a small table and chairs. There's a nice view of the natural dunes and ocean. Our breakfasts and one dinner were enjoyable looking out at such beauty. Pelicans occasionally glide over the waves. Beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves is amazing. Overall we had a great time and will rent again in the future.

Beach Getaway

As advertised, we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked. The check-in was easy and check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. For us parking was easy, right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds. The condo is oceanfront and the stroll to the beach was all of 2 minutes. We especially loved the private baclony,enjoying a morning coffee with a clear view of the dunes and ocean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Just wonderful ! Love this quieter end of the beach and would definitely stay again.

Right by the beach

Cleanliness needs to be improved. We arrived to find a dead cockroach belly up in the bedroom. Trash under the bed. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in months. Besides the cleanliness issues, the location was very nice. Right by the beach. Pool was nice. Nice deck. Not too loud.

Pleasant stay

Overall it was a great place to stay just the microwave according to one of my friends wasn't working very well And the dishwasher had some issues as well. But then again with the views and location was very nice to visit this condo

Girls weekend getaway

It was the perfect place to have a friend get-away and be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night and see the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. It could use some work on the plumbing in the bathroom but nothing we couldn't deal with. Thank you for letting us visit your place at the beach.

The property is in a great location and overlooks the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is directly on the beach and has magnificent views from the balcony. You can enjoy watching dolphins in the morning while you have your coffee, enjoy the sunset with a margarita, or relax and listen to the waves in the evening.

The condo is located directly between the boardwalk and fishing pier. You can easily walk to either, sit on the beach, or float in the pool. Beach chairs and toys/floats are provided. The condo was purchased in May 2009 and was completely renovated and outfitted with new furnishings.

Carolina Beach has lots to offer including: shopping, boating, golf, biking, hiking, nature trails, and an aquarium to name a few. There are many restaurants close by. Nearby historic Wilmington offers the Battleship North Carolina, the Ghost Walk, the Henrietta III Riverboat, the NC Railroad Museum, the Airlie Gardens and Butterfly House, and a Trolley Tour.
