Idéalement situé dans l'enclave exclusive de Nobby Beach, adjacent à Mermaid Beach au nord et Miami au sud et juste une promenade le long de la passerelle à chemins à Burleigh Heads ou Broadbeach. "Villa Baci" un refuge paisible pour votre plaisir, que ce soit pour des vacances à la plage, un refuge romantique ou une base pour profiter du temps en famille.

Lorsque vous entrez dans "Villa Baci" vous allez être attiré dans un monde de détente et de confort, réparties sur trois étages exclusivement pour votre plaisir de vacances.

À seulement 100 mètres - une plage de surf surveillée, une sélection des meilleurs restaurants avec une variété de cuisines, les cheveux et les salons de beauté, magasins de proximité et les transports.

Sirène et Nobby plages sont à environ 2 km au sud de Broadbeach et à 5km au sud de Surfers Paradise. Tout près pour faciliter le transport local, encore assez loin si vous préférez de se livrer à la détente pure pour profiter de l'atmosphère de la communauté dans le village local.

Stayed with a bunch of girlfriends for 5 days, Keryn was so accommodating and very quick communication. House was clean and tidy and easy walk down to the beach. Will definitely be back again!!

The property is conveniently located in terms of access to the surrounding attractions. It is quite comfortably appointed. There were a few small inconveniences - couldn't find the light above the stove, the clock had stopped, no hooks to hang clothes on in the bathrooms, only 2 towel racks in the 2nd floor bathroom for 6 guests, dripping shower, poor lighting in bathroom and kitchen, single bed collapsed though it promptly repaired. We thought it had more of a Balinese feel to it.

Ideal Location - Superb and Peaceful Villa
From the moment we arrived at Villa Baci, we felt it was a home away from home. The property was very well provisioned plus shops and cafes are close by. The open plan of the home meant there was always a cooling air flow and it was an easy walk to the beach. The layout is ideal for what we wanted - an adult family, with visitors calling in for meals. We would not hesitate to book Villa Baci next time we are at the Gold Coast!!!

Wonderful stay
We stayed here with our friends for our wedding in September and I think beyond anything, the location of the property is unbelievable! So close to the beach, shops, cafes, nightlife etc. We didn't use our cars once in the 4 nights we stayed here. Keryn was so lovely to deal with. The kitchen was great and came with all amenities we needed. We spent so much time out on the little patio and it was just delightful. Highly recommended!

Quiet Oasis central yet great central location!
From the moment I made an enquiry about Villa Baci I had a warm feeling from the owner who was patient while I finalised my dates and was willing to answer any questions we had. We loved everything about Villa Baci. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed including a sandwich toaster, dishwasher, large fridge and plentiful mugs and glasses. The bedrooms spaciously accommodated 6 adults and a child, not just for sleeping space but room for each person's luggage without feeling cluttered. The outdoor area was serene, we couldn't believe how quiet it was for such a great central location. Outside is also 100% secure if travelling with furry family members. This was great for us as we could leave our spaniel while we enjoyed a dinner out and he also approved of his temporary surrounds! The upstairs master bedroom,ensuite and large bath was luxurious and I wish I'd had more time to enjoy some time out on the private balcony. The location is superb with the beach, surf club, newsagents, hairdresser and a good mixture of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. It's also located wonderfully to explore Broadbeach, Surfers, Burleigh and the rest of the Gold Coast. Most of all we all felt like we were staying in a friend's home rather than an unloved holiday unit that has never been lived in and cared for as Villa Baci has.

Great location, beach, surf club, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Well finished home would be prefect to stay for a lot longer than the long weekend we stayed for. Being able to take our fur-babies with us was fantastic.

Fantastic House
Wow! Huge house with everything you need. Great off street parking, outdoor area and spread over 3 floors. Main open plan living area with well equipped kitchen,opened onto a lovely courtyard. Bedrooms were very spacious and decorations made it feel like we were on an island getaway. The quiet location, short walk to beach, coffee shops and great restaurants made Villa Baci a top holiday spot. The secure yard was great as we had a small pug dog.

It was a really lovely townhouse and in a great spot, very spacious. Wouldn't stay there in Summer, no air conditioning and limited fans. Lovely outside area, although no good if it rains. Big downstairs area.

Fantastic holiday
All our family had a great time at Villa Baci. Location was perfect. Only a small walk to good coffee, beautiful beach, great restaurants, takeaway and bakery. Just what we needed with small children in tow. The house had plenty of room and supplied everything we needed to feel at home and was very clean. Would love to come back again.

Fantastic House!
Our family had a really lovely stay at Villa Baci. The house was very big with plenty of space to accommodate all the family with enough room to relax without feeling 'closed in'. The house was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The decor was particularly attractive and we really had the feeling of being in 'paradise'. Being so close to the beach and the shopping strip was most convenient and we tried many of the great dining places. The host was most helpful and thoughtful, and we will stay there again when next we visit Nobby Beach.

Awesome Place....!
Highly recommend this property for any occasion. The house has a very relaxed chilled vibe. I stayed at Villa Baci for 3 weeks after relocating from Sydney. Property owner Keryn was great to deal with and very helpful. Very private property, quiet location, close to the beach and some of the coast's best cafe's and restaurants at your door. Thank you again Keryn as my son and I have some great memories from our stay.

Great Holiday Accommodation!
Excellent location, walking distance to beach, close to all shops. Family gathered for a wedding anniversary, lovely to all be together, yet still have our own space. Clean presentable open plan living premises, secure, breezy designed home.. we all enjoyed our stay and made lots of beautiful memories! Thank you Villa Baci!
