Appartement 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain. Spacieux, calme, confortable et sûr. Agréable brise croix en raison de la mise en page. Vue spectaculaire sur le port de San Juan avec El Yunque en arriÚre-plan.

SituĂ© Ă  La Puntilla, il est Ă  quelques pas de la promenade le «Paseo de La Princesa", la rĂ©sidence du gouverneur et de tous les autres monuments et points d'intĂ©rĂȘt historique dans la vieille ville. L'appartement est Ă  distance de marche de tous les restaurants, bars, boutiques, Ă©piceries, etc., dans le Vieux San Juan.

SituĂ© sur la mĂȘme rue que la Garde cĂŽtiĂšre, le complexe d'appartements est constamment surveillĂ©e par la police locale et fĂ©dĂ©rale. L'immeuble est juste en face de el Museo del Arsenal (voir photos).

IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare routiĂšre, d'un parking sĂ©curisĂ© et d'un ferry qui vous mĂšnera de la baie de San Juan Ă  Cataño, oĂč vous pourrez visiter l'usine de rhum Bacardi.

* Veuillez noter que l'appartement possĂšde deux balcons.

* Le canapé futon se déplie en un lit de taille normale.

* Il n'y a pas de télévision / cùble. Cependant, nous fournissons Internet Wifi pour les clients qui souhaitent diffuser des programmes sur leurs ordinateurs portables et leurs tablettes.

* Il n'y a que AC dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas besoin de climatisation dans le salon / cuisine à cause de la brise croisée.

* L'APPARTEMENT EST AU QUATRIÈME ÉTAGE. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

The condo in Old San Juan was a lovely place to stay during our PR trip. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions and a grocery store. The 4th floor balcony views were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and out each day. There was no AC in the main living area, but the breeze through the open doors kept the condo cool during our visit. The AC in the bedroom kept the room cold at night. Our host, Olivia, was easy to reach and responded quickly any time we reached out to her. We rented a car and could easily get to many nearby attractions: El Yunque Nat'l Forest, Kioskos de Luquillo and Casa Bacardi.The only issue was parking. There was a parking lot next to the condo building. However, the lot was extremely difficult or impossible to get into for different reasons each day. Also, traffic was heavy every day. We traveled during Christmas. This is high season in San Juan and could have been the issue. Our overall VRBO experience was great! We would highly recommend this condo for a stay in Old San Juan Puerto Rico.

This cozy apartment in Old San Juan had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The host was fantastic, the location was perfect, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The view from the balcony doors was absolutely breathtaking. Whenever I return to Old San Juan, I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment for any couple.

Marina Memories

This is a charming, quaint studio with incredible views overlooking the harbor! The location could not be better for being walking distance to shops, restaurants, or access to anything in old San Juan. Being that central, I was concerned that it would be noisy and I would not sleep well, but it was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. And while there is only AC in the bedroom, the ocean breeze is through the rest of the house was completely sufficient to keep us cool I would definitely come back and rent here again.They still have not fixed the towel rack. You cannot leave out any food or the ants will swarm, but that’s the tropics for you And the shutters. Definitely need to be updated and Make noise in the wind and are hard to keep in place.Definitely a 9 out of 10!!

San Juan Harbor Home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, which has a superb view of the harbor and Tradewinds breezing through the many patio doors, giving a wonderful tropical vibe. The apartment is centrally located so everywhere in Old San Juan is easy to walk to, including the forts and ferry. The spacious living area is well appointed and comfortable, so we were able to prepare meals easily when we didn’t feel like going out to the many nearby restaurants , or kick back and read, or - as we mostly did- watch the world go by from the high balcony. The hosts, Olivia and Luis were very responsive to any questions and very friendly, making the trip that much more enjoyable.

Adequate economy unit

Unit is in great location, but in an old, worn building. Noisy during the day from ship repairs on the nearby docks and at night from party noise from the old town. But a good price.

In san juan for work. Rental was convenient for me and walking everywhere is also convenient. There is a TV, and you would need to bring your own firestick to use. I didn't use it but wanted to is no t.

Great apartment in old San juan

We stayed a week in August. Perfect location and quiet. Location is as listed. Owner communication, checking and follow up to our questions was awesome. Bedroom AC is a must. We loved our time and would recommend staying here. Mark and Dee.

Great time.

Lovely views from this very nice condo. We enjoyed the cross breeze as had balconies on two sides. Kitchen had everything for cooking, large fridge, stove. Washed and dried clothing, nothing went home dirty. We purchased food daily from SuperMax, short walk. We highly recommend.

Beautiful La Puntilla Condo

My wife and I had a lovely time at Olivia’s Condo in Old San Juan. We arrived late at night and the check in process was a little intimidating for first timers to the island. As there are no lock boxes allowed on the condo property, you do need to make a small trek into the streets of San Juan to grab it from a separate property. We unfortunately had an inconvenience happen due to a small error on their end but Olivia took care of us quickly and effectively and graciously offered a discount to help out with this inconvenience. She definitely communicated effectively and we are grateful for that. The condo itself is adorable. You get a lovely view of the harbor and get some amazing breezes coming through your doors. Lovely AC in the bedroom. Stocked kitchen. Towels, and some basics are supplied for potential beach trips as well as some toiletries. The location is super convenient. No parking on site but there is a very affordable parking lot right next to the condos that costs $3 a day! You are within walking distance of the entirety of San Juan and i cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you from both of us.

Lots of potential. Great location

Location is great. Beautiful views. living area can use an air conditioner. Great cross breeze in the afternoons but in the morning it’s was extremely hot. Couldn’t sit on the couch, all clumps. The apartment can use an overall makeover down to the pots and pans. The host was very responsive and available.

Round 2 in the best apartment!

I had stayed here last year during my first ever solo trip (5th time to Puerto Rico) and had the trip of a lifetime and I know a big part of that was because of this beautiful little apartment I got to stay in. I had such an amazing trip last year that I knew I had to come back again this summer and stay in this exact same place. Olivia and Maria are fantastic and the location just couldn't be better for exploring Old San Juan. I absolutely cannot wait to come back for the years to come and make sure I stay here for at least a part of those future trips! Thank you, Olivia for graciously sharing your gem of a spot with the world!

Excellent Location

The apartment is very nice in an excellent location. Very clean and the best...the cross ventilation and the balcony. However, the apartment needs update as for example: the living room futon. Terrible! We couldn't spend minute's sitted on it because it's so uncomfortable. Also the shower curtain needs to be changed, it looked worn out. Lastly, even though the apt description indicate that no TV is included, not having it makes a great difference. We really would love to have one particularly during the evening after long days!

Amazing location and apartment had everything u need for your gateway

Location was perfect, in walking distance to everything. Balcony of the apartment was our selling point, you could open all 3 drawers and have that PR experience, plus breeze was all u needed. We ended up renting a car to explore PR more, parking was easy. Garage near apartment was only 3$ or you could park off the street, if there was a space. Plus apartment had also beach towels and beach toys available for our kiddo, which was a plus. Olivia, was kind enough to put inflatable mattress that way we all could sleep in bed room. She also answered all questions super quickly.

Awesome

Staying here for us was everything and more than we expected. The view was amazing. The apartment was so convenient, everything within walking distant. Loved seeing the ships coming in and going out. Could hear street music almost all the time and especially on the weekends. The only concern would be if you would have a problem walking or claiming stairs. Our age is 78 and 80 we took our time with the stairs. Wonderful having air-conditioning for sleeping. Olivia and Luis he father were wonderful to commutate with, making it a positive experience. God willing we are looking forward to a return visit. Wouldn't change a thing. LOVED,LOVED,LOVED IT ! Sheri

Great location, clean, well run

We stayed for 9 days and our experiences were in line with others. The property is well run, amazingly clean, and centrally located in Old San Juan. The bedroom AC is powerful, the washer and dryer work great, and the water pressure is on point! Would stay here again.
