With a bright and open floor plan, this welcoming coastal retreat offers plenty of space to relax and unwind while enjoying beautiful bayview sunsets from your private balcony. The living area is designed for comfort and gathering, featuring large sliding glass doors that lead directly to the balcony - perfect for enjoying fresh breezes after a day on the beach. Whether you plan to dine in or prepare quick beach snacks, the fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to feel right at home.

The Capri provides outstanding year-round amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, and library. Located on 110th Street, you're just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.

The property is nice and as described. It is very close and convenient to the beach. There is plenty of room, and the double bunk beds make it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with items to cook (although we brought some of our own as well). I saw other reviewers complain about the temperature of the AC but we were quite comfortable. My main issue is that linens aren't included, and you either have to lug your own sheets and towels or pay quite a lot to have them included. This seems like a basic service that ought to be included in the price. I also emailed them after one of the keys we were given didn't work and they never responded. But overall the property was good for our group. Check in was smooth.

The positive:Sunsets off the balcony. Cool location, well north of the boardwalk chaos.Convenient to the beach.Walkable to several stores and restaurants. The management on site (Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals) was friendly and sympathetic of the broken Air Conditioning for the first half of our stay.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The negative:Upon arrival, the air temp was probably 81 and humid inside because the AC was broken. Two days of AC repair & unit replacement occurring during our stay with (courteous) repair techs working to replace the unit. Twice. Beds felt like they were secondhand from a 1984 sofa sleeper. Mattresses were thin and springy and felt vintage.Road noise of coastal highway was accentuated by the necessity to maintain the windows open for cooling ventilation for 2 of the 4 nights there. Parking was adequate, but tricky to get into and out of with a minivan. Would not recommend spot 98 for a full size truck or SUV. Despite a "24 hour maintenance line," the line might be open 24 hours but the maintenance is not... we waited and sweated until after 0900 the next morning for the HVAC to be diagnosed. Overall, our stay was Okay, but not great. The lack of AC made for a couple uncomfortable days, recognizing that it was unfortunate timing and "nobody's fault" that it took multiple AC unit replacements to realize the problem.Would stay again, but no way for 3300 for 4 nights. I felt a bit of buyer's remorse.

Nice Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at The Capri. The location was great and it was steps away from the beach. My kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool (however be aware it closes during storms which defeats the purpose of an indoor pool). The kitchen was missing some key items (spatula, larger pans for cooking breakfast). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Softball tournament beach trip

Beautiful property… had most amenities. Fairly clean but due for a deep cleaning like moving of furniture, especially under and behind the bunk beds and couches. Beautiful decoration however we needed to place most of the breakables in the hall closet because we have three little ones.

Condo was very nice and clean. Well maintained. Lady at office was very helpful and informative Security guard, John, was very rude to young children (beware) best limit interaction with him if possible.

Our stay at the Capri

We enjoyed our stay at the Capri. The condo was pretty clean, the location was great, and the view over the bay was really beautiful! Our main complaint was around parking at the Capri - Groups traveling with more than one car should be warned that, while the listing states that additional parking is available on a daily and weekly basis, there actually is not additional parking available in addition to the one pass that is provided during the summer season. We ended up having to find parking outside of the property for the duration of the stay, which was not ideal. Additionally, the security attendants were rude when we asked about the availability of additional parking spaces.

The place is big and was plenty enough for two families with four young children total. Access to the beach was so convenient. Run up to use the potty was life saving. The indoor pool, game room and basketball court were helpful when it rained. It needs a couple little updates (mostly aesthetic like laminate coming off the vanity in the master). We had an issue due to the aging caulk/grout/sealant in the master bathroom causing the shower to flood onto the bathroom floor and the bath mats couldn’t contain the water. It made it very slippery. We called and were told by a very friendly person that someone would be dispatched to help. I even asked for someone to call before they come because we had young kids potentially napping. Unfortunately, we did not ever get that assistance and the problem remained. Luckily no one got hurt! Second issue is the dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry anything. Otherwise, this place was great and wouldRecommend!

Beautiful Place to Stay, PERFECT for our family with 3 children.

We had a wonderful first family vacation. Our room was very clean, organized , beautiful, quiet, spacious and the communication was great! The location of this property was perfect for children and had everything we needed and everything was close and within a short walking distance. We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay and sunsets were spectacular every evening! We highly recommend this vacation home! We hope to back again!
